Guest guest
The " ideal way " is to do the practice as it " makes sense for you " to do it. Making the time to do it everyday would indicate a set time or a daily understanding of the need to make some time for it to occur. Typically not rushing through them in order to breathe a sigh of relief " There! That's over with! " - lol! I know people do this and this goes into the idea of the " integrity " of the practice. I will suggest a time commitment. Same time every day. A large enough block of time for the practice to be given a free and unconstrained quality of expression. I will suggest that this Shaktipat for you will be quite gentle as your experience with the safety protocols is nominal. Keep at it so that you may be given all that you can receive but it is the summer solstice Shaktipat which is where much of the work will be done for you Red Alchemist. This vernal Shaktipat will serve as an advancement into the conditioning of the five bodies of expression for you. This is the time to make significant decisions regarding the entire practice of the safety protocols as a fixture in your daily intentional expressions. This pertains to you and others inside of the Shaktipat with minimal exposure to actual practice of all of the safeties. I will suggest that you find your balance within them and then work them as best that you can every day. You work out when you will do an aspect of the safeties and you work out how deep and honest your integrity is inside of these protocols. The Scatterfield upon you at this moment can read everything that is pertinent to your practice of the Kundalini safety protocols. That which is given to you will reflect those understandings. Yes you may still have much phenomena but dont let that distract you from the important interior work that needs to be done. Its not about the phenomena. Its about the conditioning for you at this point.- blessings Morgan. - chrism , Morgan <fizzbyn wrote: > > Sorry to ask so many questions,
