Saturday's meditation, during which i feel activity in the heart chakra, like a

wave of electric shocks extending out over my chest and torso, up to my head and

down to my feet. This occurs in wavelike regularity.

In meditation, I went to the mountaintop where Shiva sits in deep contemplation

of his consciousness. He is seated on his tiger skin upon a wide white/gray

stone ledge, blue-skinned and calm. Parvati is to his left, a less distinct

presence. She is in remote place I think, dimly aware of us now. I am permitted

to 'sit at Shiva's right hand' on a large flat rock on the grassy slope in front

of and lower than Shiva's ledge, I am in half-lotus asana, finger, tongue, eye

locks on.

Bal Ganesh bounds in from my right, joyous, playful, happy, and bubbling with

affection and good humor. He is dressed in red pants, and runs up to me. Hello,

Bebe Ganesh! A lesson to befriend and recall our childhood innocence, curiosity

and enthusiasm. Taking my hand, Bal Ganesh leads me to up to the ledge to

approach Shiva and Parvati. Bal Ganesh respectfully awakens his parents and

presents me. I namaste to each, then wonder what should I do? A white flower

appears in my hands and I raise it up to my forehead, then my heart chakra, then

lay it at Shiva's feet and namaste.

Shiva then offers a gift of nectar, indicating with his right hand a gold-bronze

metal/stone roughcut cup which sits on the stone ledge to his right. I lift the

cup to drink some of the golden clear sweet liquid, but first I request their

blessings on the nectar, and extend the cup. Shiva, then Parvati, then Bal

Ganesh in turn hold out their right hands in mudras to bless the nectar.

Parvati's blessing emits a golden-pink light. Then I bow to them, cup in both

hands near my heart chakra, then raise the cup to my lips and drink some of it.

The nectar is light, sweet and pure, deeply refreshing. All my thirsts have been

quenched. I then ask if I may share the wisdoms? knowledge? with others, and

Shiva assents. He blesses the cup again and I hold it to my heart chakra and it

sinks inward and disappears.

Now we are to resume our meditative postures. Shiva and Parvati close their eyes

to return to their contemplation, still and serene. I return to my flat rock and

resume the half-lotus asana with locks. Bal Ganesh approaches and then seats

himself in my lap facing outward, seated with the sole of his right foot against

left knee, snuggling securely against me in intimate friendship with his hands

on my thighs. Here the visioning ends.

A bit later in another meditation period still feeling the wavelike tingling

emanations from heart chakra, I also experienced a minute or so of a

fluttering/buzzing sensation in/right outside my right ear. I have felt this

before over time, but for very brief period of a few seconds in lower intensity.

It's like an insect's wings fluttering at high speed right next to my ear. a

vibrational feeling rather than a sound. Now I'm reminded of a hummingbird's

wings, recalling the dream a few weeks ago of the hummingbird on a snowcone, in

hibernation.

ultimate Cause, so all things are born after their kind from this ONE. " ~The
