anybody know how to open up/activate your hand/palm and finger chakra's?

You know like root chakra is associated with red, sacral is orange, solar plexus

is yellow, heart is green, etc.. but what color is associated with hand/palm

chakras?

 

I want to see more activity with my hand/finger chakras! To be able to receive

and give energy via these channels better.

Red for the left hand and body and blue for the right hand and body. Black for

the left and and white for the right. Silver for the left and Gold for the

right.

 

These are colors related to density and sacred gender. Remove any emotional

feelings associated with them as this is beyond mere emotional reaction or

societal conditioning.

 

Often I have felt the Silver and Gold expressions. But also the others listed as

well. Love is a powerful and volatile expression that will travel through the

palms and fingertips very rapidly and with strength. Depending on the qualities

of the love that is given will determine the frequency of color expressed.

 

For myself I do not decide the color expressions that come from the finger tips

and the palm chakras. I focus on love and surrender this to the Kundalini. An

excellent question psalmistry8 and if you participate in the " healing

conferences " the methodology of bringing an energetic expression through these

Not an expert on this topic by any means, just some personal observations. While

doing qi gong, I see my palms glowing deep orange-red, like glowing coals,

especially the right hand (seems to correspond with the heat I feel in my palms

at times). Here recently I've seen a green light around my hands during a

healing meditation. Other times I've seen golden light as well as the green

around my hand while using a pendulum healing. Perhaps the colors change

according to the intention/activity? Or one could select the color to focus on

depending on what you wish to accomplish? Just some thoughts...

If you keep your focus on this area eventually it will react to your intention.The Maya have a table for the hands and fingers and toes which uses the mayan symbols for each digit. There are 20 symbols and 20 digits.Maybe you could look it up and see if any thing comes to you from that.I tried to find a link but didnt succeed yet :-((love elektra x x x

I do not know any correct way, these things usually happen on their own at the

right time. In my case, it was during kriyas that my hand chakras opened up, or

seemed to. Holding my hands in mudras with certain digits tensed and certain

digits relaxed caused them to slightly rock and/or revolve. For a time the

energy played, I allowed my hands to come together and apart in spontaneous

combinations. More time was spent in stillness with some arrangements than

others.

 

To revisit these chakras, I do what Elektra suggested. Experience the world

through the hands by placing attention in them. It might not be the right time,

though, so I wouldn't force anything.
