Guest guest
You can use most anything that will draw your mind back to this sacred time and the chakra of the day. I use a band on my wrist. You can get nice cloth colored ones at the drugstore for hair. But even a colored dot on your hand will work! Guest guest
Hi Astral Traveler, I wondered about this at my first Shaktipat. I wear little sleeveless vests everyday under blouses or jumpers. What I did was buy seven cheap ones just for this occasion in all the colours I needed. I also wear head bands or head scarves and I got one of each colour to match. I put these aside especially for this sacred purpose which keeps them special for me.I even have them in a special embroidered lingerie bag, apart from my daily clothes. Another idea is to get a crystal of each seven colours and a chain or cord so you can swap them round every day of the week. The guys can wear t'shirts of each colour, underneath their work clothes if necessary, or 7 pairs of brightly coloured socks just for this spiritual time. I'm sure many others have worked out their own methods of wearing the colours, but I would suggest the clothes or items are put aside just for the Shaktipats.
