Guest guest
Hi Ty. The " expanding and contracting " are as much a part of the universe as light and energy. As much a part of the universal mind as silence and nothingness which exist so everything else can. The fact that all forms of energy expand and contract is an inherent truth with as much substance as " as above so below " . Even the universe itself since the big bang has been expanding though by nature will in the far distant future contract. To feel and become aware of this truth is part of your awakening. And your fear accompanying this observation provides evidence of the substantialness of this learning. Nothing worthwhile comes easily... Love to you, glen. , Tycho Lorenzana <tycholorenzana wrote: > > My interest lie not in phenomenas as I've had sprinkles of them thru the years up until today. > In my room at night, there visits me an errie feeling of everything around me expanding and contracting at the same time. Guest guest
Thank you Glen. Now let me be a recipient of yours and Chrism's strength in one my recurring experiences that I like the least which I now know after all the readings I've had on our group to be overcome and conquered. While deep in sleep, I am awakened within my dream and in a situation where I am in a cocoon of suffocating fear. I scream but not a sound comes out. I moved about thrashing in my mind but I remain immovable. I am in panic and yet I know I am in some kind of nightmare. I will myself to wake up and I can. When I come about, I hate it to say the least! Over the years it has come, this year alone I've had two episodes where I tried staying in itbut the longer I stay in the creepier it becomes and panic gets the best of me. Guest guest
I'm having a great week, thank you Ty! I have known I was blessed for a long time, but it just keeps getting better in different ways. I am so grateful that I was led to this group. I have not had sleep paralysis many times, but others say that if you concentrate on moving just one finger, then the next and so on, that the paralysis can be broken. It can be very frightening but I feel that understanding what is happening helps. I guess the question would be - are you supposed to be learning something from the experience? If so you might want to let it play out if you can stand it. Guest guest
Hi Ty, I used to have problems with sleep paralysis... I used to wake up to some really horrific experiences, almost like waking up to a hellish dimension or to an entity jumping on me suffocating me. Last year I learned that you can use these states to astral project, and sure enough, the next time I woke up to sleep paralysis I tried it out, and that experience changed my life. Now I actually look forward to sleep paralysis because to me its like a free opportunity to astral project without the work. My best advice is, if you want to end it, try to wiggle your toes and try to remain calm. Give it a couple of seconds and it will be over. If you find yourself able to control your fear, I would highly recommend trying to use that experience to astral project. The freaky stuff usually subsides as soon as you exit your body. If the fear is managable, when you find yourself in that state again, just try to stay calm, and try to ignore any of the " astral noise " or ghostly phenomena and just focus on relaxing yourself. Nothing in the astral can harm you no matter how scary it seems, always remember this. When you are fully relaxed, try to roll to the side, not with your physical body but your astral body. You might have to imagine yourself rolling to the side first. When you are in sleep paralysis its usually very easy because your physical body is completely paralyzed. When you are out, try to move away from your physical body as quickly as possible and look at your astral hands frequently until they start to " melt " , to draw energy into your astral body. If your room is dark yell a command in the present tense " lights on now " a couple of times and the room should brighten up. From there you can basically do or go whatever you want. I hope that helps. love -Matt , Tycho Lorenzana <tycholorenzana wrote: >

Guest guest
Thank you Sarita. The next time i get this episode i plan to play it out, taking into consideration what Matt had advised earlier. God Willing.likewise, i am so glad Kundalini opened for me. It's good to hear that you and a host of other travelers are getting a big bang from this current Shaktipat.Blessings to you, Blessings to all and Blessings to Chrism.TySarita <sarita1969 Sent: Monday, March 23, 2009 6:59:57 PM Re: expanding and contracting - Ty I'm having a great week, thank you Ty!
