Woke up this morning not feeling much but as soon as I laid on my left side I

felt a thick heat, almost like hot water, in my lower spine and it seemed to be

bubbling, maybe it was boiling! I didn't feel it after I got up. Felt more at

peace and more joy with the now throughout the day. My second set of chakra

breathing I could feel the pulsations of each chakra and the thick energy in my

lower spine.

Later in the evening, I was laying on my bed and feeling Shakti in my body and

looking up at the textured ceiling, watching the textures move, waving back and

forth. I also felt strong energy movement in my feet and legs. It felt like

vortexes in the soles of my feet. Later I sat up and could feel my tailbone

really pulsing, and saw a deepening of depth in my leg hairs, lol.

During my night meditation, I could hear an inner wind. I felt heat in my spine

rise up to my head. The more I dropped the baggage of past and future and placed

more attention in the now, the more heat I felt and the more I could feel the

inside of my spine as a straw, hollow. Somewhere around my left shoulder or

shoulder blade began to ache.

And now, after the meditation, all the colors seem more vibrant and in the

center of my brain feels like there's a sphere of spaciousness slowly expanding

(pineal gland?). And it feels as though I'm being embraced by inner stillness

and peace.
