Beginning with day one there has been a gentle energy sensation that extends from the chakra being energized to a point that falls between the next two chakras. Today the line lies between the heart and throat chakras just below my shoulders, yesterday it was a point between the third and fourth chakras and the day before one level lower. The energy effects have been at times not necessarily uncomfortable but more intense than at other times. So far the activation has been very gentle but definitely profound enough that one can be consciously aware of the activation. Bless you and thank you, Chrism.
