Guest guest
Hi there, Can anyone in the forum please tell me how kundalini can help with perimenopausal symptoms? At 41 years old, I seem to be experiencing some of these symptoms and would like to overcome them with kundalini rising. Or are they similar to each other for women? Is anyone else presently going through a similar experience? I would love to hear your story. Any wisdom/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Artsychyck
Guest guest
Are you new to the group,Artsychick ? I don't seem to remember you from here but i've seen your name on another forum.I don't think you should awaken Kundalini just so you'll overcome perimenopausal symptoms.I'm 41 too but i don't think that i have any perimenopausal symptoms.Kundalini will bring other much stronger symptoms forth that you've never ever had before.Kundalini will heal your body but it would be quite a wild ride if you want to awaken K only because of your perimenopausal symptoms. love, nicole , " artsychyck " <artsychyck wrote: > > Hi there, > Can anyone in the forum please tell me how kundalini can help with perimenopausal symptoms? Guest guest
Welcome, I have found that the symptoms can be amplified, as with emotional outbursts and mood swings. A practice of the Safeties can help smooth out a lot of the issues. I don't believe K will help you overcome them, they are a natural process and teach many things along the way. But they CAN be amplified. Its good to know that ahead of time! Guest guest
Yes it would be best imho if we have no controlling agenda what so ever in regards to the Kundalini. I can understand your quest for relief from these issues amd you are correct in your information that Kundalini is an agency and vector of healing potentials. There is significantly more to consider in its activation. Healing is only a " part " of the Kundalini equation. There are larger implications outside of a mere single aspect of its expression. I do " not " suggest that you awaken it for the purpose of receiving a healing. Better to do it by giving a healing. May I offer you an approach outside of Kundalini for this? This is a practice that is quite specific for healing and can be done by anyone. It does contain some potential for Kundalini because of the components of expression that are used. This is like Kundalini Quantum Touch. Though one must be in the Kundalini scenario to use the Kundalini in addition to the prana. But anyone, Kundalini or not, can make the prana and gift it this way. We have done this in the healing conferences for others and perhaps we can have one for you? You are inside of a process that has a beginning and an end in regards to your symptoms. It will end when the process is complete. In the meantime here is a quick breakdown of what is done. One scenario is that a group of us can hold you in our thoughts while at the same time we generate copious amounts of prana due to rapid focused respiration. We send/give this energy to you by virtue of our focus and gifting through the divine connection that is the Kundalini. Or merely through its intention without the Kundalini. This is part of a gifting process of compassionate service. Kahunas of Hawaii have used similar techniques as well as Shamans all over the world. It can be very effective for healing. We " intend " and back up the intention with a physical form of divine energetics for a healing to occur. Pranic energized prayers of gifting intentions. We do not direct the energy but allow " your body " to do what it knows to do in regards to its use of this energy for healing itself. Prana is an aspect of Kundalini. Rapid breathing develops it. Thoughts and intentions can send it. It is not Kundalini by itself though it can lend towards that process when used and generated for healing purposes. Prana travels with love. So there is an option. I would also like to second what Dhyana and Nicole wrote in their responses. -
