It felt like Shakti energy rose all the way up from base of spine, up to the top of my head, and out of the third eye. This was like a couple of times in the past where I would see a silver cobra with its protrusions on the neck (dont know what this is called) at my crown chakra and the head coming out of my third eye. I had a strong flow of s#xual energy during the day and some of the evening which made me loose focus, I surrendered as best I could but forgot to really inquire with an innocent curiosity into the nature of this, oh well you win some and you lose some. I also noticed that when this energy builds up alot of it goes either to my stomach or 3rd chakra (don't know which one) and it starts to pulse intensely. After my second round of chakra breathing, my tailbone ached, the same sort of ache in a joint that wants to be popped but hasn't yet. It was hard to focus during my 3rd meditation but I focused pretty well during chakra breathing right afterward. I hadn't notice this before but with the spacious pressure around my pineal gland, my scalp goes back, my ears and eyes and basically whole face lifts. I can consciously relax this but once I let go it goes back up.
