Guest guest
Yes and in addition to Selena's fine points I will suggest " choosing " to not erase but to bring in a balance the urges that contribute to these expressions. Make the choice and follow through with Selena's recommendations. - blessings to you Jeremy and Sel. - chrism
Guest guest
That's a simple one. Look at yourself through the eyes of the observer and notice some really eye opening truths. Guest guest
I am not sure erasing ego is the point here, more of a transforming lead in to gold.If you concerntrate on service to other people, giving up the importance of your own opinion , conciously listening to others, keep loving and giving gratitude and always remember to take things lightly and not personally forgiving yourself and everyone around you.....do this and you are on to a good flow.I remind myself that every person is unique and different and I sit and allow people to just be what they are without trying to push myself onto them, I listen without judging and just accept them. I know that sounds easy but actually it wasnt at first because naturally we are judging and personalising everything, defending or agreeing. The ego does quiet down after a while once it doesnt get much attention from you. I find listening really helps settle the ego down, i dont mean listening just so you can give your opinion, but listening for the other person, really allowing them their time and space and paying real attention to everything they say without having to judge it or make it about me. Just some small things I do to help my ego.All the best Jezz, keep shiningelektra x x x
