Guest guest
Surrender is one of the most important teachings of a sustained activation of the Kundalini. Surrender will eventually lead you into the awakened state. This is not the type of surrender one is accustomed to hearing about or reading of. This is not about succumbing to an enemy or giving up. Surrender is the release of the conscious mind in its " control " over and of the mental and the physical and emotional bodies to the Kundalini. This can have its challenges. It can take a sustained effort of focus and discernment to keep the ego mind from taking over the process so much diligence and practice is required. Controlling the ego desires being one such function of the restructured control environment. Kundalini is an energy with a consciousness and an agenda. Its job in the primary activated state is to rewire ALL the subtle and gross electrical networks within the physical body in order to receive a higher and stronger form of Divine Radiation (Kundalini). As the individual works with their practice this is translated into an Ascendancy Platform; whereby a person is given options for Divine Service to others by use of exalted skills as well as many other options. Surrender is the first path. This can be very intimate, as the Kundalini will pick your foods, decide for you whether or not you will pray or meditate. Decide if you will have sex, at any given time, or at all. It can be merciless and merciful depending on your level of surrender. Most challenges of the Kundalini can be met by a deep and loving degree of surrender. The Kundalyn Energies know you better then your conscious mind knows you so pay attention and allow this divinity within to change your behaviors and proclivities. This is a magnificent force that will often take a person by storm. Surrendering really isn't an option as much as it is a requirement if you wish to keep your sanity. Sometimes this inner teaching from the Kundalini to you the person (ego person or little (i), is gentle and deliberate but in other cases it is a force that takes no prisoners and leaves one with little choice but to follow. So it is best to make that decision now before your Kundalini is awakened or as you are in the stage of your process where you are its never too late to begin this important practice. If you have been holding back out fear for your life and sanity then surrender completely and allow the agenda of the Kundalini to take its course with in you. Doing this will relieve much of the pressure and pain that can come to a person early and if resisted continued later into the process. Kundalini is here to help not hurt. It is through a lack of surrender to the changes and to the Kundalini agenda is where pain can come into the equation. There is some pain that can be associated with the new inner and outer restructuring but by and large the Kundalini Shakti is a gentle mother with her child. Make this choice now for those of you seeking the awakening that you can surrender to the agenda of the Kundalini no matter what occurs. It can be an intensely loving strange and wonderful as well as a sometimes scary and exciting adventure. Many of you who have found your way here already have awakened the Kundalini. You can attest to the agenda I write of. Many have come seeking it or have found themselves directed to this site from dreams or inner guidance. This is not uncommon as divinity or in this case a person's High Self knows far more than we as ego consciousness are able to process. The capabilities of " divine " nature are endless compared to our limited understandings. You are here with the purpose of initiating or researching or comparing notes and experiences and partaking of the real community that has emerged within this group. Not just chrism or any single individual. You are here for the Kundalini and in that communication and inculcation a complete surrendering of your life and body and psychology, desires, status in society, ego, and inner dialogs must be willingly given to the Kundalini. This will often begin in the dream life as a person can begin to receive instruction for the Kundalini there long before a spinal sweep occurs or the rush of energy up the spine. Do the surrendering first. Then as all of the fantastic early symptoms begin to materialize your balance and instruction can move in harmony with the divine imperative. So please be advised of this important " choice " you have to make. Consider it now and implement it now as you begin or continue your journey into the Kundalini awakening. – blessings all - chrism
Guest guest
Chrism, I have suffered because of my resistance to the flow of life. Some of my resistance was inherited from family patterns and identities, then there is the cultural programming, and finally the most powerful source of defiance, myself. The ability to discern one from the other is not something I can do easily, although I do benefit greatly from intuition and insight. This is to say, at the right place and right time, there is a right answer, insight, or intuition. Everyone experiences this, and everyone in this group probably experiences it consciously and has come to rely or trust on it when making life decisions or when giving healings. Life has never been so good since my kundalini awakening. The universe is a miracle, you can't beat it. This experience, for me, has given a sense of truly being alive. However, before my awakening, much of my life had been spent in grief. A healthy resistance to change, to the flow of life, solidified in my form as deep wounds, blockages, repressed or stagnated energy. Though my eyes opened to the light, there was still resistance in need of purification. It is as you described, good, bad, wondrous, terrifying, exhilarating, confusing, and blissful. It would be helpful to know when I am kidding myself and when I am surrendering. How can I discern when I am surrendering to kundalini and when I am repressing expression? How does one know if they are feeding the ego or bursting its bubble? Sometimes it feels like I am in control. That is just about the time I notice the kundalini's arms are alongside my own, and we are steering into some hyper-egoic karmic storm. It's so funny to me, even as I may be temporarily surrounded by dark skies, hurricane winds, thunder and lightening, there is always a light within guiding me to port. The window or operating framework, for our ability to choose, whether that means to surrender, resist, self express, feels spacious at times and other times it feels narrow. The only thing I can really have faith in is the reality of love, which I attune to in deep meditation. In this place, I am sure, that no matter what transpires on the lower dimensions, I love and I am loved. There is a storyline, the divine play, our karma, and for the sake of oneness we fulfill it. It is hard in the midst of so much upheaval to communicate to others how much we appreciate and honor the spirit within them, and harder still to appreciate and honor ourselves. Guest guest
I've been endeavouring to do this since this whole awakening began. In fact i think my desire to surrender to divine guidance fuelled my activation. Sometimes I think I'm like a mad woman. I wake up in the morning usually not having any idea what the day will bring and as soon as possible consult my kundalini as to how best spend my day. It will usually give me a run down. Then I spend the rest of the day following it in great detail, and I mean in detail,Lol, it is as you say Chrism, should I eat?, what will I eat? take a vitamin? what shall I wear? and so on all day every day. I know it sounds crazy, like i haven't got my own will. but the rewards are just amazing. My life has just been so much richer since i began this process. My happiness, health, confidence etc etc have all expanded so much and I know with the help of K its just going to keep building on it forever. I feel so blessed everyday. And in case your wondering no I'm not in a bliss phase, Lol, I've been going through some difficult purgings in the build up and through this shaktipat, but i know from previous experience how worth it it is to keep following it through the difficult times. My dreams have been guiding and reflecting my process. To be specific I'm working on throat chakra issues. My last dream was of a river in flood that washed out the sewage from under an old folks home. I ended up choking on it, hacking coughing vomiting to try to get rid of it while i tried to single handedly dig it all away from the fences on which it had caught up. A town official came and said i needed help to get rid of it. Lol how symbolic is that of the purging throat issues I've been having. My hardest times are when I'm too caught up in emotion to tune in properly to my guidance, and also when challenged by others to make my decisions based on the 'rational world' and not my 'thing' as I call it. Its really difficult to share the extent to which this affects me all day every day to anyone, even openly spirirtual people. So I am another one who has withdrawn to a large extent from the outer world and much social interaction etc. however i do trust that this is the right thing to do at this time. Not very helpful for learning to express yourself honestly though! Thanks for listening... I need to express myself, its a throat thing...
