I will suggest that you resist mixing in other energies and practices during the

Shaktipat as it is best to receive the gift as it is given in a singular focus

and receptive approach.

 

The safeties are an excellent practice for the conditioning towards the

Kundalini reception and as you continue your practice so will your reception

expand. Even though this recent Shaktipat is finished the Kundalini has not yet

finished with you so good going Felix! Keep your practice strong and your love

and the blessings inside of your love will continue to reach those whom your
