Last night in bed...

I'd done my tibetans, got into bed and did my 21 shakra breaths per chakra as

usual. I was feeling very relaxed so I rolled onto my side to go to sleep.

My heart suddenly started beating much faster and stronger, and I felt very

unusual. I can only liken it to the same feeling as an adrenaline rush, which

made my breath deepen and go a little faster. My body felt very twitchy, and I

had a few stomach contractions and spasms. As a whole I felt as though my body

was getting a little bigger? (if that makes any sense). Lasted maybe just over a

minute before stopping completely.

This is the second time this has happened. Can anyone shed any light on what

this might be? Im not k-awakened but have just gone through the vernal

shaktipat, is it related to after effects of this?

Blessings to all

Andy

Yes this is normal but you should discontinue the chakra breathing. Slow is

good. Keep doing the Tibetans. Do the meditations afterward and you will be

fine. -

Ah right, I thought I had to continue the breathing as well. I'll stop the

chakra breathing and keep it simple.

Although to be honest, whatever happened last night hasn't stopped today. Im

getting mini versions of it at various intervals throughout today.

Blessings
