As you become familiar with the dynamics of your ego - like that of a ten year old somewhat spoiled child - you can begin to determine the differences between you and that aspect of you. Sometimes the vision will come without anything from either of you! Yes one can very gently offer help to another as the vision is dictating a possible harm coming to them. One shouldnt force themselves upon that person however for validation of the prophecy contained in the vision.
