Guest guest
I've been finding it hard to sleep lately because my arms continually fall asleep no matter what position I'm laying in. And my legs are still falling asleep when I sit, even in a chair. I've traced the numbness straight up to my sit bones. the numbness goes from my sit bones through the bottom of my thighs, through my calfs to my feet. Why am I having so much problems with circulation??? craig , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Due to the upgrades that are occurring with the Kundalini awakening person the normally expected length of time for sleep can be shortened or lengthened. The ego mind must become convinced that it no longer needs the previous expected periods of sleep and now must be able to have more or less as is determined by the Kundalini. This mindset will have the effect of allowing the individual to make the needed psychological adjustments. > > Just as the phenomena of Kundalini allows for certain traits that are seen as desirable due to the ego minds desire for a specific symptom so do the symptoms expand into other effects and upgrades to the system of the individual. This transformation and the knowledge and acceptance of the transformation is required that the individual personality can flex inside of the many changes. > > These symptoms will not go away due to the ego personalities lack or effusive appreciation. They are needed to complete certain transformational traits specific to the individual. There is no gift in this and no curse it simply is as it is for the specific individual. And it will pass as many of the initial symptoms do. - >
