Baking soda baths are helpful. Resist the urge to scratch as the tailbone can heat up these areas and bring some rashes that are similar to those called " heat rashes " no creams or ointments will rid the body of these. Sunlight salt and clean skin as well as open air are best i have found. - blessings Jan.
