Carla,

In your case, I believe you were seeing/being made aware of a fragment (sub-personality) or attachment of the person, but again, through a superconscious channel of information.

Maybe you already worked this out and this is what you mean by the person wearing a "mask." Many of us contain aspects on this plane which control various aspects of our lives.

Some keep our painful secrets, others help us interface with the world. Some energies are exotic and have been attracted to us for various reasons for various benefits to them. We (subconsciously) allow some of these in to partner with us. We live in complex states of division, some more than others (which is why on the spiritual path we speak of integration as a continual step of progress).

These aspects can and do assume form and can be seen through higher level vision and awareness by others. They can also be isolated and interacted with and, when useless, such as in a concentration of pure anger, and with higher guidance, can be destroyed, thereby lessening a person's burden.

Fascinating. It would be natural for a security guard, always vigilant and on the defensive, assessing possible danger points and risk all the time and operating in this realm to be given to such a fantasy. Hope you didn't take it personally. Ha. > I think I was just given a taste of what is yet to come, when I am ready.

Yes, it is just the beginning.

Me, too. And nice to meet you, Carla.

Thanks Droxine, that is interesting.

It is my guide that helped me understand that my ex-husband wore a

mask. They never referred to him by his name, just, " the one that

wears the mask " . However, looking back, I was told that many times,

but never comprehended the scope of it, until I experienced who he

truly was. So you can read and study all you want, but until you

experience it, you will not " know " it. Hence, we are here experiencing

many things.

In societal terms. I consider him a sociopath. But it took a while to

understand who he was, he is a master. To see his face shift, I was

told " This ability was given to you to help you on your path "

Something like that. But of course I like more answers so I appreciate

the information you have provided.

My guide says " the answers are within you " and " you know the answer "

[still working on accessing this] So as much as I would like it, I

don't get direct answers. I forget who said the following when the

past posts referred to guides, but she said basically, " it wasn't from

lack of trying " I chuckled at that :)

I also appreciated what was saying about being careful with who

you are listening to. Having experienced my guide's wisdom, I am a bit

surprised at what a friend is being " told " in communications. It seems

bizarre at times, with " truth " being thrown in.

Anyways, I digress. Thanks again!

Carla,

Thank you for the kind reply and sharing more details. I had not realised the

person in question was your husband. Sounds like a lot of hard won lessons and

experience came as a result of that relationship. It's always nice to move on

from those phases though.

So that glimpse really was helpful in determining your life path. That was a

great gift of insight.
