Guest guest
I read the article and I saved it to reread later. Now I have a question. When I was in massage school I kept having this same dream. Every night. I was walking in a beautiful meadow. It had trees with blooming white flowers and flowers on the ground of every color. I got to this area, I want to call it a grove, but that doesn't seem right. It was a patch of grass with just a single tree and nothing else growing around it. Now I hate spiders, I don't want to kill them so I try to sweep them up and throw them outside. I can't stand them. I grew up in Michigan and we have wolf spiders there and they will chase you and bite you to death. So spiders and I just better to be in separate areas. But this was a beautiful tree and the shade from it stretched. Seeing as though I was in the sun, the shade was nice to have. So I sat under this tree and then I was pounced on by a big black spider and bitten. I scream and start running and it chases me and squeaks calling more and they bite me. I would wake up screaming and my husband would just laugh at me. He thinks my problem with spiders is stupid. I went to school and told one of my teachers about it. She is a massage therapist and a Reiki Master Teacher. Her linage is that she is 7th from Usui. So she brought in books on animal companions and stuff. I kept telling her that I don't think this was what the dream is about because none of the books said anything about a spider biting you. What do you think? Could this be the kundalini shakti? Anyone else have these types of dreams? This was before I had found Andrea. So all I had was my teacher at school to help me. Any ideas at all? Maybe it was just a dream on my fears of spiders, I don't know, but it just didn't seem that way. Since the dream I have been a wee bit different with spiders. Now instead of screaming for my husband to rid them from my house I sweep them up and toss them out myself. I even chased one out the door by yelling at it. I realize I may have given him a headache but I just don't want them in my house. Outside is just fine. zinnia print <zinniaprint Sent: Saturday, April 18, 2009 4:54:02 AM LA YOGA article Dear Chrism, I have a copy of the magazine and read the article Tigers, Spiders & Snakes, OH My! - such clarity - presented beautifully with a tiger in sepia color. Guest guest
Hi Goldencougerwolf, At this time dream interpretation isn't one of my gifts. Regarding dreams I think sometimes we might just be aware of our thoughts and to be present minded even if or when the curiosity about the "why" of the dream or the "meaning of" is not satisfied. However a Kundalini thing about the group is that most of the time dream interpretations that come through effortlessly. It would be interesting to know what your interpretation is.When we are awakened human beings we cease believing in coincidence. We receive energy from sound, sight, color , and touch. For our purposes it's not just remarkable to notice it can be very auspicious to practice the use of color, sound and symbols that are visual or numeric. Color, sound and other visuals were prominent areas of the Kundalini expression for me but not Tigers. The Shaktipat which gave me a spinal sweep happened on a day that I had been hiking in a place called Devils Punch Bowl. Local rumors abound about it being attractive to "witches"?. Someone in the group was handling a tarantula and was talking to me about the tarantula and offered to pass it on to my hands. I refused. Hours later I went to a workshop and there a man wearing a red long sleeve dress shirt with black jeans, biker boots and a leather jacket spoke to me during an activity that we voluntarily paired up to do. That is when I had the spinal sweep. It happened as he was looking at me and speaking to me directly describing a person that he was looking for. Months, and then years later the same man appeared right in front of me many, many, many times in different places. Does he bi-locate I have wondered. It really doesn't matter if my question is answered - what happened is Shakti used a familiar form to have my attention during these times. I remember asking God to help me through dreams, or spirit guides to understand and to be able to get out trouble as I perceived it. But regular sleep hours were so reduced that I was exhausted for many many many months. Love, AnnaWhat do you think? Could this be the kundalini shakti? Anyone else have these types of dreams? Guest guest
I don't really have an explanation for the dream. I do know that I am different to spiders and it seems that they and I have a much different relationship now. Some black widows had decided to move in one summer and I got these green stripped ones all around the house that year. I called in an entomologist. He told me that these spiders, I forget their names, eat black widow and when ever you get the widows these spiders will protect your home and family. They have even been known to chase after a widow that was after something else. So can I answer your questions back to me? No. But I have been getting better with the spiders. zinnia print <zinniaprint Sent: Saturday, April 18, 2009 5:17:54 PMRE: LA YOGA article Hi Goldencougerwolf, At this time dream interpretation isn't one of my gifts.
