As i've said before,it just didn't feel right. My apartment search has started

again after coming to an abrupt halt.It seems that the 2nd floor roof was an

attic before and has no insulation and it would not be approved for the program

i have.I wish he would have said this to me before. My mother is a troublemaker

and likes to stick her nose into everything thinking that she helps me.Oh

well, back to find some apartments now.

I still believe you would be better off asking a realtor. They rent as well as sell.

I have asked maybe 30 realtors to help me to find an apartment and none of

them helped me so far.The apartments i've seen so far, were found through ads on

craigslist.I don't make enough money,so i have a voucher from a program to help

us pay the rent and there seems to be an apartment shortage for this kind of

thing.Oh yeah, the rent here in Ny is sky high and i'm tired of this charade !

Well, she was trying to live my life for me,telling me what to do ,interfering

to make things happen, when somehow getting that man to agree to let me rent the

apartment, just didn't feel right to me because deep down i knew that there was

something wrong with the apartment. There you go,everything under the guise of

helping!

My sister move to NJ. She is paying over 1000 a month for a house. I believe it is closer to 2000. You will find something. Be patient. Look outside your comfort zone. Does the place you get the vouchers through have an appoved list? Here in CO they do. Then you call those land lords for something. A lot of times if they don't have anything they know someone who does. I will light a candle for you. Send you lots of positive energy for your best.

Thank you goldencougarwolf ! I called the list but they have no vacancies. Here,it seems the demand outweighs the resources. If i were to look outside my comfort zone,i might be able to find something quicker ,but as i have children,i have to think about their safety.
