i now understand that this is a process that i have to go through and

i have to adapt to the changes as they happen. however in the document

the physio kundalini syndrome " this agrees with the yogic view that we must

prepare ourselves for awakening with a long period of preparatory sadhana to

avoid unpleasent results "

what does this mean.

i have never really done much meditation other than with crystals

i am feeling euphoric now but im sure there are things that will

pop into my mind that i will have to deal with.

shall i just carry on with the safties ritual of a small amount of med

also im having trouble sleeping even though im feeling lathargic,

do you get used to it after a while and learn to sleep.

how many of you have been able to maintain your job whilst the

awakening has been happening. ?

whilst its flowing should i encourage it with the 5 tibetans (only video 1 is

available) whilst other times im to try and ground myself

also the euphoria is that a permenant feature

Hello Mark,

Dont know what document you are referring to but one does have a

good chance of a safe and " Kundalini syndrome less " experience if the safeties

are adhered to.

Unpleasant results would be allowing fear to be the main form of guidance one

partakes of. This is the main cause of Kundalini Syndrome.

You can meditate according to the safeties or according to what it is you are

comfortable doing. I would suggest that you avoid using crystals for this

purpose however.

The euphoria will come and go. Dont feel anything is wrong if " of a sudden " it

leaves. Other areas are being worked on and the euphoria will typically be

transient until the changes are more expressive.

The five Tibetans are for balance. The sleep will undergo some changes and your

need for sleep will also be transformed. - blessings to you Mark and I am sure

others may respond to these questions you post with their own experiences. -

Welcome

Sadhana means " endeavoring to obtain a particular result. " This means making a

choice or intent for in this case a safe kundalini awakening , also making a

practice of daily meditation and kriya yoga or for this site the Tibetans . Like

many though your kundalni has been aroused unintentionally .

The physical sensations will take time and euphoria or bliss will come and go

as the kundalini energy works as needed along the central nervous system . This

energy is the evolutionary development in all life . Let your self be free of

fear as the energy works as needed . Start a daily practice of the safties and

Tibetans . These will keep your mind focus and strengthen your spine for the

kundalini to flow without being hindered .

i have an evolved fried i met in yoga class. when he asks me how i am doing, if my reply is less than well, he asks, "how's your sadhana?" sadhana means a daily spiritual practice. Sadhana is a self-discipline that allows one to express the infinite within one's self.sadhana is a discipline of the body to serve the soul. sadhana keeps the mind clear to accurately guide our actions. listening and reading are only a first step. one has to practice regularly. kundalini is the journey, practice is the path. the motto of the Age of Aquarius is "I know, therefore I believe" A practical personal experience is required to integrate ancient spiritual truths. The regular personal practice of yoga, meditation, and exercises is called sadhana. It is a time to notice the patterns that

lead away from higher consciousness and to transcend these patterns. We choose to rise up, to exercise the body, and to meditate. Every 72 hours all the cells of the body toatally change. Sickness comes and goes. Motivations waxes and wanes. But through all the flux of life, through all the variations of the mind and heart, we consciously choose to maintain a constand and regular practice.I do sadhana to conquer my laziness, my ego, my stupidity, and my commitment. It is the only way i have found to have any radiance to my countenance.namaste,Julie--- On Mon, 4/20/09, sinebyte <sinebyte wrote:sinebyte
