hello all

I was wondering how dangerous it could be if going into deep meditation without

someone attending to you . I've been reading that a person who leaves the body

in meditation should have someone watch over their body so that no one will

disturb them . I only sleep at most for four hours a night so i try to meditate

after 12 am when i know no one can disturb but what if someone did and i was no

longer in human consciousness at that time . Has this happen to anyone before ?

My meditations last for about three hours and i completely leave human

consciousness to an ocean of light an expanded awareness . I'm not sure what

might happen if my wife came in and shook me . Normally this would not bother me

but i am thinking of lengthen my meditation to four hours and this could have an

effect on not being disturbed .

I ask my wife to not disturb me but there is a good chance she will see me and

think i'm asleep . As long as there is no danger all is well tho . Anyone have

any experience with this ?

The physical body has built in fail safes in place that will snap a person back

into the body. Similar to the OBE when nature calls or other phenomena occur in

the physical environment the consciousness is brought back to the body

immediately and sometimes abruptly. I have had this occur numerous times.

Your wife shaking you would be a catalyst for the return to the body. Go into

your meditations Chris with confidence and with clarity. You have other

assistance as well and your journey will not be damaged by deep meditation. -

See you in the Ocean! - chrism
