Guest guest
Hi Craig, that makes me very happy you found it useful, and I seem to have had a similiar and invaluable experience with it, just as you describe. I also spent many years stuck in ruts, and it was a relief to finally see how to get out. As a good friend of mine says, 'the nice thing about hitting your head against a wall is when you stop..lol' I am just the messenger in passing this on, and I feel a tremendous debt of gratitude for the teachers, such as Genpo Roshi, Chrism, Ken Wilber, and others, who have dedicated their lives to understanding and subsequently freeing the human soul... love Bruce > > I have much thanks to you bruce, I remember you talking about this > before a couple of months back and I checked it out.
