Hi Craig,

 

that makes me very happy you found it useful, and I seem to have had a similiar

and invaluable experience with it, just as you describe. I also spent many years

stuck in ruts, and it was a relief to finally see how to get out. As a good

friend of mine says, 'the nice thing about hitting your head against a wall is

when you stop..lol'

 

I am just the messenger in passing this on, and I feel a tremendous debt of

gratitude for the teachers, such as Genpo Roshi, Chrism, Ken Wilber, and others,

who have dedicated their lives to understanding and subsequently freeing the

human soul...
