Guest guest Posted April 23, 2009 Report Share Posted April 23, 2009 Just a small thing, but over the years I have always had trouble with my heart chakra. Whenever I focus on it and open it like the others I get a pain, or ache, which is quite strong. Its like a resistance to open up, just is case.... just in case of what I dont know, but its like protectionism. I started investigating Kundalini about 3 days ago and have started the practices and today when I opened all the chakras there was no pain, nothing happened no lights on anything but just ease and it was fine. I wonder if its to do with connecting with this family and unconsiously I am feeling protected enough to open this chakra. Whatever its nice to not have this pain anymore. Thanks all.
