Hi Mark,

 

I have found yoga very useful. I go to a hatha yoga teacher once a week, who is

understanding of my limits and doesnt expect me to do anything that my body is

not ready for. I also do some running twice a week, and do a short weights

routine twice a week. I found it important to keep moving, even when I didnt

want to.
