Guest guest
Anyone had any luck with any types of healing that hasnt had an adverse effect on them ? Also im meditating to focus on the base chakra when meditating but i cant seem to feel it. my crown is tingling alot though. I can now feel stuff at the bottom in the middle and on the top. does focusing on a chakra push the energy/activity there. maybe it changes focus and different times. I found when i was in a place of fear the other night that forgivness really helped. (running out of things to forgive myself for ! ive not been that bad in my life) what is the level of forgiveness that you can go to? forgiveness of murderers and terrible killers ? I also remember having symptoms of k before i thought i had done it myself. i got sent home from the hospital twice with lower back and kidney pains,(non descript) also panic attacks and tight chest. all of these i am now getting again but i know it to be k. Guest guest
I have never heard of a teacher saying meditate directly on only the base chakra before. Usually it is either the heart or ajna chakra. The ajna chakra being also known as the master chakra. By meditating upon this center then the other chakra's illuminate in a safe order. The other common technique is to meditate upon the tip of the nose. This in turn activates the muladhara, the base chakra, as does the seed sound 'lam'. > > Also im meditating to focus on the base chakra when meditating but i cant seem to feel it. my crown is tingling alot though. Guest guest
Yes there are some unusual offerings that I am given to impart and the direct focus on the base chakra is one of them. Those involved in Chi Gung also adopt variances of this technique. - , " janehumble " <janehumble wrote: > > I have never heard of a teacher saying meditate directly on only the base chakra before.
