Guest guest
I experienced a great deal of heat yesterday, it was with me as I was falling to sleep. A headache also started to form as I drifted off and it hurt pretty bad for about an hour waking up the next day. I've been drinking a lot of water and I take a medication called acyclovir. After being on the medicine for a day the tingling sensation in the lip goes away and it damage to the tissues on the lip heal very quickly. It might not be right thing for you but it has always been very helpful to me when they come. For me, they come during times of stress or during change in my life. Guest guest
From the safeties... http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html SINGLE NOSTRIL BREATHING If you get too hot simply place your thumb or finger over your right nostril and breathe through the left continuously and with medium force. This activates the Lunar channel (Ida) and will immediately cool your heat. If you get too cold then cover your left nostril breath in a similar fashion and you will warm up. This activates your Solar channel (Pingala). If it's persistent and this doesn't help, nor more water or watermelon... Email Chrism directly. He's a bit busy for the seminar these days I think, so might miss some posts. be well! bradly
Guest guest
Ah! Sorry I am so late Nicole! Yes I have been busy and living out of a suitcase. These fever blisters are once again transitory and they can be reflective of many things but the Kundalini heat will be the major factor. And this when mixed with coffee or caffeine or sugars can become expanded. If these are being used. Kundalini heat is not the same as a temperature based heat response as it is far more then mere temperature fluctuations and due to being inside of high EMF and other conditions of technological inner city environments these can begin to take a toll on the balance of an individual. I am not an MD and so I can only give you my uneducated and severely ignorant response to what could be construed as a medical condition. Please do not construe my response to you in this way and take advice and comfort from the USA government sponsored and Drug Company supported medical community. I will speak of life in this regard. Mere philosophical ponderings. In my experience of life in its multitudes of expressions and stresses in response to physical environmental conditions that engender the conditions of anxiety can become in far stronger expression when inside of the intense interaction of the Kundalini upon and in direct interaction with it. So these responses can present in many various ways and in some of these many and varied response eruptions of previously held issues can become amplified and expressive under certain stressful conditions. These conditions can also allow for the intake of specific nutrients that can have the process of removing certain stabilizing elements from the physical balance of an individual thus causing more fuel for discomfort. I know you are looking for new housing and I know how active your Kundalini is. If you can try to maintain a sense of well being in a meditative or prayerful context this can begin to stabilize certain expressive activities within the body that can contribute to the discomfort. In addition I would look into the contribution of certain amino acids that may have an effect of mediation upon an activity of the body in the form or recurrent eruptions. As well as the watermelon and water (though no need to go overboard with the h20) and the mental composure these nutrients can restore certain metabolic functions that may become depleted when inside of high stress conditions. Depending upon an individual Kundalini in its expressive or " hot " format can be seen as bringing into the body conditions those actions of a " high stress " environment. Bringing into activity the response of certain forms of life that thrive inside of these conditions and that can also be fueled by Kundalini. - blessings dear Nicole. - chrism , " ntaroiu " <lsirca wrote: > > I'm sure i'm not sick but have had these heat surges and i got fever blisters on that space between my upper lip and nose. Guest guest
Argghhhh !This is the 2nd time that i'm typing this. My blisters have dried up yesterday and it's been cool here yesterday and today. It's been in the 60's and not many heat surges.I've been feeling very calm and not stressed at all in spite of being unable to find another place to live.Maybe i am being foolish but i have a lot of hope and faith that things will turn out ok and i will be able to find another place at the right time.My mother told me that i should just go ahead and take the first place that comes along even if i don't like it.I know that i'm not going to follow her advice because i know that if i don't like the place i will not be happy there in the long run so why bother? Right now,i'm in a calm place inside the storm. love, nicole , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Ah! Sorry I am so late Nicole! Guest guest
Hi Nicole, thats great you are feeling better and calmer. Some of my deepest trasnformations happened when things I desperatly wanted didnt turn out for me, and I realized that I only suffered when I wished things would be different. My aha was that I could suffer and not have what I wanted, or not suffer and not have what I wanted. I chose to rather not suffer that to suffer I realized that holding on was suffering, and I asked Grace to help relieve me of my attachments... the freedom is in letting go.. love Bruce , " ntaroiu " <lsirca wrote: > > Argghhhh !This is the 2nd time that i'm typing this. Guest guest
dear Nicole. . . Blessings for this day. . .concerning the heat issue. . .one of the things i have found with the Kundalini is i am very color sensitive. . ..and have played with different night light colors for some time. . .it started out with using colored lights that matched the chakras. . .and soon discovered when i would use the lower chakra colors of red, orange, and yellow i physically heat up like a little furnace and when i use the dark blue and purple the body moves into a cool breeze sensation moving through the body. . . so i wonder if it might be helpful to try dark blue or purple lights at night and see if the kundalini will match with the higher frequencies and bring some cooling relief???? it is inexpensive and i have found inexpensive a packages of multicolored night lights/christmas tree bulbs from ebay. . .instead of regulating the furnace i find it is just as effective to regulate color. . .and much more cost effective. . . sending good thoughts and prayers love and light ordinary sparrow , " ntaroiu " <lsirca wrote: > > Argghhhh !This is the 2nd time that i'm typing this. > > My blisters have dried up yesterday and it's been cool here yesterday and today. > > love, nicole > > , " chrism " @ wrote: > > > > > > Kundalini heat is not the same as a temperature based heat response as it is far more then mere temperature fluctuations and due to being inside of high EMF and other conditions of technological inner city environments these can begin to take a toll on the balance of an individual. > > > > Depending upon an individual Kundalini in its expressive or " hot " format can be seen as bringing into the body conditions those actions of a " high stress " environment.
