And I found myself somewhere else today! Please help!

I was meditating today and got really,really comfortable and i asked for

guidance from my higher self and i told her to help me, when i heard,well more

like felt this voice tell me to go to sleep and i did.I had a dream and i was

with my daughter but she was much younger and was dressed all in pink.My

daughter and i look very alike and people have often comment that we look like

twins.Maybe it was me and not her.We came to a stop sign and i stopped but the

light was still flashing and she ran ahead while i had to wait for the light to

turn green.I called out to her but she didn't wait for me.I crossed the street

and i kept chasing after her in one of the front yards,behind a tree and i saw 2

dogs and then she started walking up the street with me following her when all

of a sudden,i heard this soft woman's voice telling me that i am a good person

and that i deserve to be happy and that i should be happy.Right after this i

found myself,hence my title,in someone's room and when that person turned

around and faced me i saw that he was the man i've been dreaming about for a

very,very long time.I was so shocked to be there and I seemed to be watching the

scene and also being there at the same time.I was surprised to be there,it

wasn't a dream,it was real at least it felt real and i told him that i didn't

know how i got there and that i was sorry and then my alarm clock went off like

always,lol.

All I can say is " Wow " , that was very interesting. I tell my people when

crossing over to the other side, anything is possible, it can be an adventure.

There are no rules or limitations like we have here on this side in the Land of

Oxygen. It is obvious you went to the blue zone. Sometimes I cross over and do

remote viewing and dont even know it. When I cross over and go to the blue zone,

there are regular people I see on a regular basis. I see you are in good

communications with your higher guides, which is a blessing. I would say, do it

again, and again.

 

When one masters visiting the blue zone, anything is possible. You can go out of

body and come back into a certain organ to 'heal' it. You can go out of body and

visit loved ones who are now Crossovers. You can cross over and go to the past

or to the future. When I cross over sometimes I see a picture board and I can

scroll it backwards or forward, however, I must say, I am not really profiecient

with this. You can cross over and make your day, your immediate future. In the

past, in Atlantis and Egypt, Summerian, Mayans, and so on they all crossed over

to the blue zone effortlessly, for many reasons. Probable all modern governments

today, have their own people to do it for spying and whatever reasons. Being

able to cross over into the Neither Lands will only propell you towards you

achiving greater success in any and all catagories.

 

It was fun reading your adventure. Dont stop - do it again. I set a clock or two

when I go over. It gives me an assurance of coming back or something - I just

like to. I say the Lords Prayer and call my guides, and usually before I finish

that, I see myself floating, and then I let go and soar. This is what I give my

people. Im a big advocate of Astral Projection, or crossing over into the Blue

Hey Nicole, thanks for asking questions. We are more than the physical body. I'm

six feet and weight two hundred pounds, but there is more to Robert than that. I

extend fifteen or twenty feet in all six directions beyond my physical self. We

are composed of the physical body, the astral/etheric body, mental, emotional;

there are about 5 or 6 distinctions or more. We don't actually leave our body,

but instead we focus/concentrate on one part of it and in doing so we enhance

that part. Most of us think about using the astral body and entering the astral

plane - thus calling it astral projection. When we go to " the other side " , or

journey while using the astral mind, we enter into a different dimension,

another form of reality- and it has a blue-ish tint to it, or a blue haze.

 

There was rock and roll group in the 1970's called themselves, Purple Haze. Back

then there were lots of drug activities. The Beatles sung a song about " going to

Katmandu " , that is in Afghanistan and a war is going on. That is the opium

capital of the world – or was. Many people did drugs and experience a different

forms of reality. When the Pilgrims came to America, they could not see the

American Indians because they had no preconceived idea of what to see or what to

look for. We only see what we expect to see- most of the people. And the same

with the Indians. They both ate from the same trees and traveled the same paths

but in different dimensions and didn't see each other, until one day, and we

know how that story ended. There are indeed different realities and different

dimensions and there are more to this world than what can only be seen with the

physical eyes. When traveling to the other side, also called the Ethers, or the

blue zone, because it's blueish in color, we unbound our limitations, that is

scary to some people. There is no time over there, no distance, no matter, and

so on.

 

When one does this they use the Astral Mind and they travel in the Astral World.

If I remember correctly the astral mind is the sixth chakra – blue. First is

red, orange, (roy g biv) red orange yellow green indigo blue and violet. Just to

let you know as you do this with the astral body, you can also do this with each

of the other chakras. That is way advance for here. But the thing to keep in

mind, doing these exercises enhances one's Kundalini. Of course the more

enhanced Kundalini one has the better. The Kundalini is alive and somehow is

separate from us but at the same time is a portion of us- another paradox. As

the K is activated, it grows and matures and sometimes acts independently from

us and sometimes acts as a different entity (in a way). I think the Kundalini is

more spiritual than anything else. I think when one begins to travel to the

other side; it produces a heightening awareness of one's spirituality because of

the increasing of the kundalini. I think people who travel to the other side/

the blue zone, often naturally becomes more spiritual than before, in general. I

personally don't know anyone who 'travels' who is not spiritual.

 

This is probably more than what you ask for, but I wanted to talk about the blue

zone and everything else pertaining to the blue zone. Ramtha/JZ Knight talks

about this subject alot/astral projection, and the different zones and bands,

and different realities, the growth and importance of the kundalini, and so on.

Hi Robert, is that just one or some planes of the astral that has blue tint? I

was just wondering because most of my OBEs, I guess have been in the RTZ (real

time zone) because I have not noticed a blue tint to things, but have seen my

own astral body as blue. What I have experienced is that every thing is much

like here, but the colors are more brilliant and luminus, except for the first

time I had an aware OBE the air and everything had a pinkish tint to it. A

friend of mine has experienced everything having a green tint. At one time I was

wondering if the color depended upon what chakra one left from. When I had the

one with the pinkish tint, I left from the heart chakra. I am not always aware

of what chakra I leave from, but most of my OBEs have been in the RTZ. The one

where I saw myself as blue, I left from the solar plexus, I took it to be the

RTZ.

 

Are you sure we don't really leave our bodies when we project? I know sometimes

I don't, I just project a part of my mind or consciousness, but in the one where

I experienced the pink tint, I looked back and saw my physical body lying there

on the couch. It sure seemed like I was out of it since I was a good 10 feet

away and went I slammed back into it because of fear of what was taking place,

it hurt.

Hey Linda and Robert,

I was wondering if you could give me some guidance on this.

A couple of years ago, after my awakening, I was meditating for about an hour.

It was a really good session for me as I felt really balanced and in a state of

bliss.

As I went into the family room, my daughter wanted me to watch television with

her. She looked at me and said " Daddy, your face looks blurry " . I asked her

what colour it was and she said 'blue'.

I noted it in my journal and just waited until I found the meaning. Reading

these few posts brought this experience into mind.

My first thought was that my aura was extremely lit up and the throat chakra in

close proximity to my face made all the sense in the world. Your recent posts

added a different view of this experience.

I would not know for sure Ernie, but just after meditating and feeling so

balanced, I would make a guess that your aura was just extra strong and your

daughter pick up on it. Kids seem to be able to see auras easily. I have

experienced astral beings/guides with their faces burried out. I don't know why

that is. Guess I was not much help.

Wow Robert, that makes sense but now in my life,nothing makes sense because i no longer think about things.It either feels right or it doesn't,lol.Strangely,i've always traveled astrally since i was a child but never knew how i did it.It just happens and i've been able to project at times and go to different places consciously too for the past 3 years.

dear Ernie

 

hope it is okay to add my musings on this . . .it has been my experience

at certain phases the energy that comes up through the central column is

often blue. . .if one looks at the pictures of Shiva and Krishna for

example they are often portrayed at blue. . .

 

when i open to the Shiva energetic there was a dark blue that lite up

the body and this was very noticeable with the face. . it was very

noticeable by friends that normally do not see auras but they where

astonished one evening when i was out walking with them. . .

 

for me this is different than the aura energy. . .one of the ways i

check the Shiva/Krishna energy as compared to the aura energy is to lay

flat and look at the white ceiling and find there will be globes of blue

light where ever i place the eyes. . . so have assumed the light is

coming up from the central column and is being emitted through the

eyes?. . .where as my aura is a solid blue turquoise and it does not

come through the eyes and reflect on the white ceiling. . .

 

i have pondered another light phenomena with the body. . and wonder if

others have noticed this one. . .in the evening i will look at the body

and it is like millions of points of pearl blue light that is emitted

from the skin. . . have wondered it if is nerve/synapse?. . .it becomes

brighter with touch. . for example i have taken one hand and moved it

behind my outer arm and on inside of the arm the lights will glow

brighter with the caress from the other side. . .kinda like a kid with

a flash light and shinning it through the skin and seeing the glow on

the other side. . .i wonder what the points of light are?. . . .

 

there are many ways of Kundalini Ma that i experience but never speak of

to anyone. . .it is nice to be part of a group of kindred souls of light

and love. . .this group is truly a blessing of light and love. . .

 

in truth do not know if i am correct on speculating about the light

but this is what i have summarize . . .and but came to the place where

it seems the blue is present when the Shiva energetic is present. .

..and of course in the big picture Shiva/Shakti are One. . . .

 

Ernie enjoy your posts. . . i am not able to pick up the blue light as

i read your posts but always pick up your heartfulness, goodness and

sweetness of spirit. . .

I had a friend who could sometimes see guides or other beings and she said that

their faces were blurred too. (You mean blurred and not burried yes? Lol)

 

I think it has to do with us and our growth. If we see them and recognize them,

we might be attached to speaking or communicating with them. We might not be

ready for that knowledge yet, we might be ready to know that they are there,

but not to know our full relationship with them and our past with them. By

blurring their faces and hiding their identity, they can sometimes observe our

progress without interfering in our process.

 

Perhaps at some point further in our progress they won't need to blur their

face, or we will be able to discern their idenity and our relationship with

them.

 

Hey is that accurate? Or is there some other reason they might blurr

their faces or hide their identity?

 

Ernie I think it's great your daughter picked up your Aura after a peaceful

meditation. Take it as a good sign... You might want to check some backposts

about the Kundalini and children as well.

Hey, I'm going to try to deal with all of your concerns at the same time.

 

In general when one crosses over, yeah, it is blueish in nature, however, that

is not true in all cases. Each chakra has a consciousness, or a mind. Just as

you travel with your astral mind, you can also travel with each of these other

minds. Sometimes you will hear someone speak about the yellow brain, or the

yellow mind, or the yellow band - pertaining to the third chakra. When going

over to the other side you're in a " yellow field " - yellow aura, yellow tint.

That was the more advanced area which I was talking about. I didn't want to be

more confusing. In general there are the standard 7 chakras, but others will

speak about even more than that. I think as one becomes " raised to a higher

level " , one will naturally see more, and as we approach 2012, we all are being

raised. I was told from now to ten years after 2012 we all we be raised and we

all will have our 6th and 7th chakra open rather we like it or not.

 

When I cross over in real time, I guess that is also called remote viewing,

yeah, every thing is pretty clear. Sometimes I see people and sometimes I just

see their auras which are spectacularly brilliantly colored, there is definitely

no haze to that.

 

Does one actually leave the body? That is a paradox, yes and no. I can surely

see myself laying there looking like a dead person- very peaceful and loving.

Just before I journey, I feel very heavy, dead weight, then magically, I am as

light as a feather. I can see myself as a bag hovering over me, my astral body,

maybe an arms length above me. I can observe what I am doing. I am unconscious

but yet I'm conscious and directing my thoughts and attention and directions.

It's a hugh paradox. Because I am 'out of my body', I don't think I'm vacant

though.

 

I think, just my experience, when one does this it does indeed transform that

person. I think it even changes ones DNA. I can understand that man when he said

his daughter said his face looked differently after his meditation. Sometimes I

feel being affected the rest of the day. I like to do this in the morning, when

I'm fresh, awake, showered, before the troubles of the day approaches, and the

rest of the day I float on air. I love doing this. I think it does something to

the blood chemistry, something positive. It does affect one's kundalini in a

very positive fashion, and it does have a positive affect on one's life

 

I have seen Shiva depicted as blue also, that was a good explanation towards

this. There is a lot to this. I think capitalism just wants people NOT TO PAY

ATTENTION TO THIS but instead work one or two jobs to make more money to spend

more money, and to keep you as a donkey, controlled and quite. Capitalism does

not want you to see the real world but instead the world they want you to see -

which is filled with lies and trickery. That is my personal opinion. Cultures,

ever since there have been people dealt with these issues, the spiritual world

on an everyday basis.

 

Below is one of my adventures. As you read this you can see I didn't see Carol,

I just saw her aura, which was very brightly colored. The pets were shape

shifters. At the bottom are the affirmations from others. This newsletter is

concerned with the Kundalini, so I apologize if some people are seeing this as

being off topic. I'm trying to answer questions, but you all can see what can be

MY REPORT

Wednesday, Jan,.1st, 2009

 

I ate breakfast, did Chi Lai. At about 930 or so I began to prepare for the

adventure. I lite some incense, and took a shower to cleanse myself. Afterwards,

I look to find a place to do this. I first thought of my bed, where I went the

last time. I decided to do this on one of living room couches, a small green one

near the door and windows. As I lay there, I couldn't get comfortable, it was

too small. So I decided to lie on the floor. I placed an ottoman near my head

and I got a bed sheet to drape over all of me, to cover my head and body, my

feet were propped up on that couch, and I was lying on my back. The sheet was

black and white strips.

 

I listened to hemi sync music with my headphones. As I laid there I began to go

in and out of consciousness. Soon I saw Janie lying in her easy chair. I visited

her for a little while to see what I can find. I saw her in a class room with

other people, men and women and they had white clothes on, and a white blouse,

maybe like what they wear in the hospital. She was clearly in a class room.

Why?? I don't know. This is what I saw.

 

I tried to find Carol, I noticed she was in a big room like a gymnasium and rows

of tables, long tables, and there were lots of people there. This was important.

 

As I looked more, I could see her again, and there was a lot of yellow around

her. It certainly did get my attention. I noticed she was in a house, I suppose

it was in her home. Let me try to describe this home, or someone's home. As you

come in though the front door, straight ahead is an L shaped hall way. A door

straight ahead and I think there was one on the left also. To the right were the

bathroom and the bedrooms. To the left of this hallway was a wall, maybe 10 feet

long, with a couch and an easy chair, and a lamp, and this was where she was. In

front of her was the outside wall and windows. Continuing to the left was a big

space, maybe 6-8 feet and that was adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen was back

behind the wall. I don't know how good I am at describing this. But maybe you

get the idea if you think about it enough.

 

I noticed she was concerned with cooking and doing kitchen activities, and was

rushed. I also noticed several transactions which needed to be finished. What

transactions. I don't know, maybe real estate, banking, dealing with people and

money and business. These where setting heavy on her mind.

 

I saw an older person, named Rosaleigh, Rose Lee, or something like that name,

she loves you an awful lot. There was this child, maybe 10 years old, a slim,

skinny white boy, with short blondish hair, who is near to you. He had on a

short sleeve checkered white shirt, with brownish pants or shorts.

 

I saw a boat, maybe a 10 foot boat on a trailer near a garage, with black or

dark color trailer. It was open and had no top.

 

I looked for pets. This was confusing, because there were lots. I saw this one

short dog with short curly black hair. One had long skinny legs and was lying on

a black couch, looked like a plastic or leather material, with its legs hanging

over the edge. There was one who looked like a Coker Spaniel, but taller. There

was another one who looked like a medium size terrier, with grayish curly long

hair. When in this position, I try my best not to think or try to analyze what I

see, or try to make any sense out of it, I just see it and report what I see. I

am thinking perhaps you are a gifted dog healer, or something similar.

 

I saw a boy maybe 5 years old with a red shirt playing on a dusty dirt road with

tall weeds. Obliviously it was in the country. When I do this, sometimes I don't

know the difference if the person is among the breathing or the non breathing..

 

By this time my music had stopped. I thought I chose a CD, one which will be an

hour or so long, but this one was not. I wanted to continue though.

 

I wanted to see if I could find Pascal. I was in the air and behind me was the

ocean and going from the ocean to the main land were two highways, maybe 600

yards apart. The highway was busy with traffic, bumper to bumper.

 

As I looked for her more I did see her in the kitchen cooking by the stove, a

small white with black trim stove. She was talking to someone nearby, asking if

they could help. It appeared they were auguring. So I left.

 

I looked for Mike, and could not find him. I suppose he was working.

 

I saw another person though. It appeared to be a female, maybe in the late teens

or early twenty, and not fat and not skinny. She was just sitting almost laying

on something, maybe the couch. I think she was with Carol Ann. I tried to find

out something about her but couldn't do any more. This was maybe 20 minutes

after the music had stopped, and I was getting anxious to get up. This girl has

a slim face with straight light brown hair, down to her shoulders, and I guess

she is slim.

 

I saw Carol; let me try to describe her. She is maybe 45 years old. Less than 6

feet tall, maybe 5-8, the weight, I don't want to get in trouble but maybe, 160.

She has light colored hair, little gray, blond, light brown color. She has a

square face, with lots of character, pretty checks, and full lips.

This verifies the accuracy of what I wrote which concerned Carol, amazing, uh??

Carol, Mike, Janie, Pascal, we were scheduled to meet on the other side. Mike is

in Canada, Pascal is Southern France, Carol in Houston Texas, Janie and I are in

Columbus . Anyone can learn to do this. It just takes practice. Once you go to

the other side, anything is possible..

to try to travel/astral project, because it was a feast and I was with my

family.

I didn't cook by myself, I only gave the idea of the menu. About the kitchen you

CAROL -- Hello Robert, Good afternoon! Well this morning I got up, it was about

8:30, knowing that at 9:00, 10:00 your time I would settle into my meditation. I

threw some clothes on and laid down on the bed preparing to meditate. Started my

meditation, saw clouds parting, and then fell asleep. You may have found me

wherever I went when I went to sleep, sounds like my Aunts Rosalie's home.

Sounds like Thanksgiving, there were rows of tables, and lots of people, the

people there sound like my cousins and their children and your description of me

is very accurate. I am tall and on the heavy side(yuck, need to take the weight

off, it's my new years resolution, I do have gray and lite brown hair, ect,ect.

Now the doggies, I don't know about, there are no doggies at Rosalie's, but

again, you probably found me in a non oxygen setting. I do love dogs, have had

many and am going next Wednesday to buy a pug puppy. I wish I could remember

seeing you, next time I will try to stay awake....All my best to you this new

a business suite, like something she would wear for church Sunday.., short black

hair, maybe 60-65, sorta fatty face.. but pretty red lips.. I think that is

amazing I got her name right.. is she breathing oxygen? What about the yellow,

did you have yellow blanket? Maybe it was your aura? Yeah, I don't know where

the dogs came from but these were the ones I remembered. See, this is what you

can do when you go to the astral plane.... you can learn to do this to. Do you

CAROL-- Hello, hello,,,yes you got Rosalie, its interesting that you say

church,,,she goes to mass every morning, she is a retired MD who's husband is

deceased and she opens the church for the priests every morning about 6 AM, sets

out the vestments, prepares the alter,ect. She does not have dark hair now, now

she has white hair, a very round face and she only wears red lipstick, she has

sparkely blue eyes. Rosalie had the dinning room extended for our thanksgiving

dinners. I have lots of cousins, 9 to be exact and they all have wives and

husbands and children, Rosalie always rents these long tables, linens and chairs

to accommodate so many people on thanksgiving. your description of the house is

right on, except that when you say left,,,it's actually right, and visa versa.

The young girl could be one of 2 of my cousins daughter ,,,one is about 15, and

another cousin has 2 daughters, one of them is about 25 but looks about 18. The

little boy I think might be my son,,he is always in my dreams with me, and he is

usually about 7 to 10 years old in my dreams,,,this is my favorite age, the time

that I loved the most with him. He is now in his 30's and I never dream of him

at this age.Rosalie is indeed breathing oxygen,,,she is 89 but looks about 65,

she's very spry, in great health and takes only 1 aspirin a day. Well, my

friend you did so well, amazing,,,,the yellow around me, I do not know what that

was, I sleep with a multi-colored quilt and a beige throw. Have you had any

feedback from anyone else?

 

ROBERT -- yeah, I like Aunt Rosielie. Maybe she had a black hat of some sort.

Thanks for the feed back. No, I haven't had any more feedback..I think that's

very interesting, about her house, I don't know why I went there.. Im just

learning this stuff, too. So you son is in Spirit??.. I got the name of Samual,

or Johnahan..I wish now I remembered to write it down. but sometimes you just

don't remember every detail.. but I'm learning. I can only suppose the yellow

was your aura, I think I will remember when I see it that bright again, I will

know what it is.

he is very much alive,,living in Austin with a whife a small child,,now I was

very close with one of my cousins who is 10 years my junior when he was small,

his name is Johnny Pat, he too had blond hair, who knows! Rosalie does wear a

ROBERT - - Yeah, this is highly very very interesting.. once you go over there,

almost anything is possible as you can see, go forward, go backward, sometimes

you can direct the directions and sometimes you don't. I think the reasons why

you don't direct the direction, intentionally, is because of outside influence,

someone pulls you there..someone influences your direction.. maybe it was Aunt

Rosies significant other, who is in spirit, and I can only suppose those dogs

may be his also.. just a wild guess, I still have difficult differentiate

between the O2 users and the Non..somehow while I was " with you " - I was

redirected to your Aunt's... so I just assume - now- by one of her people on

that side, and I just didn't recognize them.. but there are shape shifters over

there too.. so the dogs ???? who knows... you can detect SS by their vibrations,

they can look like anything but their vibration will always be the same.. but I

don't know any of their vibrations. anyway, I love it.. the more I play the more

I learn.. I hope you are learning too, I am watching the Rose Bowl ... so I

check my mail now and then.. I was a little off centered today., this morning I

found out this guy whom we just completed this job, doesn't want to pay me

$1770.00 so I have to deal with that somehow/ put a lien on his property? ...

so I was not all that composed... I tried not to let that disturb me... but it
