Just checking in. I've had a lot of energy movement in my heart/upper

chest/throat area. I've also been feeling alot of pressure in my temple,

eyebrow, ajna area. I just had a client that brought her five month old baby

and the baby couldn't keep her eyes off me. she talked nonstop to me. I love

children.

I've been beginning to move to my new place -- I'm between them now and have

been giving books and old furniture away. Getting rid of the old making room

for the new. I have had and read so many books. I used to learn alot from

books and then I just quit wanting to learn that way, valuing experience more.

For a yoga retreat years ago I had to read Krishnamurti's Think on These Things

and it had a profound effect on me, about learning to listen to that Inner

Knowing. Its feeling good to let go of things.

blessings,

Jan

Hi Jan,

yes, I can really relate to what you mean by giving away many books. I went

through a similiar process about 2 1/2 years ago. I had spent around 5 years

reading as much as I could on everything, sometimes several books a week. I

finally realized that I needed to learn to follow the heart and learn from

experience, thereby creating authentic wisdom.

Books are still useful to me sometimes, with Shakti bringing me what I need when

i need it, and they were an essential bridge in the journey giving me a solid

mental framework and understanding. I suspect that a strong mind is an important

bridge to the soul, as the soul will still use the mind for communication.

Enjoy the freedom of letting go :)

love
