Bliss for nothing

I was on the escalator today in a supermarket, I had just gone to the visa office, I was doing normal mundane things, when, for no reason at all, bliss hit me and joy, I felt tears well up in my eyes and I suddenly had to praise God and give thanks or I may have burst in to tears right there and then.Weird , joy and bliss can just sneek up on you and grab you at the most peculiar moments, in the fruit section of the supermarket, at the bus stop, in the toilet! ANYWHERE. Hope you feel some joy from my words, with love elektra x x x

Haha.. yep..I can feel it radiating from here. I also had a blissful day, and

have been getting increasingly radiant throughout. I laughed a lot during my

evening classes, came home, did yoga to spread the energy evenly though my body

and into the air around me, and feel smooth as silk right now.

 

Chrism-- your shakti tiger attack was most humorous and added to my happiness. I

am thinking now (some random neuronal connection just happened) of some lines by

Paramahansa Nithyananda (he's great.. have a look on youtube). He says 'if you

are everywhere, you are joyous'. My attention was clearly freed from my little

seperate self today, and i felt joyously released.
