Guest guest
Namaste, I'm still working the issues with my heart chakra. Things have gotten a lot better, things are popping up from my past and I clear them almost immediately. I go days without any pain whatsoever, and then sometimes a few days of mild pain, and worse at night when I lay down for bed. Sometimes it keeps me awake for a while. I am wondering what else could be the cause of the heart chakra pain? I can't seem to bring up anything else in my past, I'm at an impasse. So, I was wondering how much other things might be contributing and would like to bounce some ideas off you all. I've read a lot of Gopi Krishnas material and it got me thinking, does diet effect the heart chakra? I know there is room for my diet to improve, but could this be contributing to my chest pain? Also my meds. I went a few days (a week perhaps) halving my narcotic pain meds and I honestly felt GREAT! Virtually no back pain during that time. Then came a weeknd backpack camping trip, where you carry your house, meals, hammocks, and everything else one needs, on your back. This caused more pain to return so I was forced back to my old " normal " dosage, which is the max prescribed. The pain has been unrelenting since then but I'm trying to start cutting back now, just because I'm tired of poisoning my body. So, this has me wondering, do meds (especially narcotics) effect heart chakra? It all seems to coincide with increased heart chakra pain, when I increase the dosage of meds. Has anyone made any conclusions or can shed some light on whether diet or meds might effect heart chakra? I am ready to move on. Thanks in advance, Love, Bill M. Guest guest
In ancient times, before the development of modern science, people had fewer alternatives when it came to taking care of thier health. They looked upon the food they ate as the source of their continued good health and as the cure for what ailed them. Food was their medicine. They learned the principles of healthful eating, and discovered the hidden properties of common foods and herbs which could purify their bodies, correct imbalances which were th sources of disease, and even heal damaged tissue. They healed more slowly, but without the side effects of modern medicine. The science of chemistry synthesized chemical substitues for natural medicine. Now, the vast majority of modern medicine is manufactured without any realtionship to the natural remedies of the past. They often mask or eliminate symptoms of disease, but may fail to deal with the underlying cause of disease, and produce side effects which are as bad or worse than the disease itself. Healthful living has shifted the emphasis to preventive medicien, and there is renewed interest in the simpler methods of the past. The basic key to continuing good health is the food we eat.Namaste..............Julie--- On Wed, 5/6/09, Bill <astronutski wrote:Bill <astronutski Working the Heart chakra"Kundalini" Wednesday, May 6, 2009, 1:59 PM Namaste, I'm still working the issues with my heart chakra. Guest guest
I think that drugs are a poison for sure, and can often lead to heart burn and other symptoms. But, do things as you feel you can handle, its easy to sit and say "oh, get off the drugs" but when experience chronic pain its not always so easy. Be gentle with yourself. Funnily enough (not funny haha but funny coincidence) my husband is suffering back ache, chronic, everyday, and I had the feeling his heart chakra may be involved as he has a skin fungus on his back directly over the heart. Too much acid in the body leads to back and heart ache and lots of pain. Do you eat white bread, pasta, cheese, milk, rice, coffee, pizza etc? Acid forming foods? Try eating green foods and cayenne pepper for the heart, watermelon for alkalining the body. one small spoon of Baking soda in some water is also good. I hope this helps dear, love and healthful blessings elektra x x x
