Hello everybody. Nice to have so many positive minded people. I'm new to this

group my name is Sanjar and I seek some advice. Any advice would be greatly

appreciated.

I've recently tried Sahaja Yoga Kundalini , and I've tried to awaken it watching

the video and got distracted in the half way through, so I opened my eyes stood

up and after like 2 minutes I felt my body getting hot and the heart beat

raised, so I decided to finish opening it and came back and finished the video.

It felt good in the beginning and I felt the cold breeze over top of my head, so

the whole day I would feel either really good and joyful or feel my heart raised

and I get these fears and anxieties too. I seem to get them when I stand up and

walk.

Do you think I should try to watch the video again and try to open it the

proper way again, or do you think what I'm experiencing is normal and will go

away soon? What should I do, so I won't have them again? How will the awakening

last? Will grounding help?

Thank you so much,

With Love,

Sanjar,

Hi Sanjar,

Welcome to the group. I wouldn't trust a video to give you an experience that

requires a steady practice, emotional discipline, and great focus. There are no

quick fixes when it comes to the spirit.

Ditch the video, and start a daily meditation practice instead. You'll notice

the difference within a few months.

Namaste
