I posted this message on my facebook to people with spiritual interest and one

of my contact told me to look into kundalini.

now am here and even though there is a lot of info on the web site i feel lost

!lol

but i at least am on a path of knowing!

(facebook message that lead me here)

i am seeking information about a strange and yet pleasant feeling when i

practice meditation or self hypnosis audio session. it is not constant but more

and more frequent and every time it happens if i try to monitor or consciously

observe it, it goes away

when i reach a state of trance i feel an electrical wave, like a pulse going on

in different places in my body something comparable to inspirational goosebumps

or the edge of an orgasm , it hard to describe ! most of the time it will start

in the back of my head and will go down to my back, sternum, or legs. like i

said when i get consciously aware it fades out , if i just enjoy it intensify so

i'm always half conscious in these moment

is this something of any relevance? the only things i have found on the internet

about brain and body shivers is about people going through the withdrawal of

anti-depressant or Multiple sclerosis which is not my case.

side effects

i get i rush of energy and happiness, ecstatic state after , so nothing to

complain !

I'm seeking information so i understand the process , is it neurological,

biochemical, spiritual, or i'm just going crazy...lol

Thanx for your guidance ! any info will be appreciated

Namaste

Tommy
