Guest guest Posted May 7, 2009 Report Share Posted May 7, 2009 I have now realised that i can meditate and no longer look on it as a " chore " where as before the thoughts would stop me from relaxing, ive been able to quieten my mind down a bit and then various stages happen after that. I start to feel light. then i loose awareness of my body. then i feel like i am in everthing and nothing. after that i start to get a pulling feeling on the lower half of my body. I know these are all just different feelings and various stages of relaxtion, but what spoils it is that i allways get a dead leg on my right leg. eventually i have to start moving it and i have to come back and walk about the room as its full of pins and kneedles. Ive been told by numerous people that lying down is not an option when it comes to kundalini and meditation and so i have been leaning up against a wall to help keep my back straight.
