Guest guest
If you are holding on to attachments or states of mind or attitudes that are self destructive or behaviors that are hurtful towards the self and or others admit this to yourself and make the needed changes in order to affect a balance or a release from the blockages these can nurture. Sometimes this takes time. It is change in areas that are very intimate. Typically people will resist these changes. Kundalini can bring these issues up for examination so going into these areas with the idea of surrender and the acceptance of change is a very healthy outlook. As you let these behaviors fall away and allow the attachment to the expression and allow friends in that expression, and styles and dress modes and all of the affectations of these expressions diminish and fade so will the issues that surround them begin to release and the inner issues that caused the attraction to these expressions will surface. The needs, wants and fears. When these surface they can be balanced. This can also be a fearful experience. Yet it is merely cleaning out the closet. The fears are only temporary. This work will be done either by you as a choice or by the Kundalini as a necessity. Going to the core of yourself and beginning to accept the realization of the splendor that you are is what the goal is in this scenario. Pulling blockages away and seeing yourself as you truly are with out the fixations of society or your ego. - blessings all - chrism
Guest guest
this lesson is very relevant to me during this personal process of letting go of old habits. I have indeed noticed that my bad, negative, habits have been coming to the surface and they can not be ignored any longer. it is so hard to make the change, as the habits are so deeply ingrained, but everytime I repeat the same habits I suffer more and more, and always hate myself for it. it's easier to suffer and hate myself instead of surrendering and making the change. another bad habit, taking the easy road. thank you for posting this Chrism mikael
Guest guest
Amen to that Mikael, I have been going through the exact same issues, I think the universe is ready to shift and we are looking over the cliff and something's saying JUMP JUMP, yet we cling to the edge as its safe and familiar. So much energy is available to us right now if we just let go of some old stuff we make room for the new.Love and blessingsever joyful elektra x x x
