Guest guest
When the flow comes to us everything that a person is, is caught up and affected by the flow of Kundalini. Our warrior self, our parental self, the child self, the wicked, jealous, joyful and loving selves. The entire spectrum of what it is to be a human being and the expression of that condition is influenced by the Kundalini. Sometimes it can be completely overwhelming. Think about it. As you go through your day and live your life inside the society you belong to how difficult is that - by itself - with out the influence of Kundalini and then to add such a huge reorganization of priorities and feelings and phenomena, it is no wonder people will seek medical assistance. I am writing this to help you put the experience into perspective. Everything is different and the same at the same time. As you express yourself predominantly through out your life so will you express your self with the Kundalini. But the expression will be much stronger. The feelings much stronger and exerting of far more influence upon the decision making processes we use to live our lives by. What you feel you can become. A double edged sword. If you are a predominantly negative person, not because you are mean but because this has become the mode of expression from a life time of living inside society then you will become extremely negative. Or positive or a victim or suicidal, or courageous, or loving. So it is best, in my opinion to force yourself to begin to respond to life inside an expressive paradigm of happiness, or love, or helpfulness. Make this an issue in your life or you may have an experience that will cause you an unbelievably tremendous amount of suffering. So I give you this guidance. Begin a process of moving your inner dialogue, your inner communication with yourself, into a place of peace, or love, or patience, or joy, or forgivness, graciousness, strength, courage, harmony, helpfulness, etc. These qualities, when used as a base of expression with in a Kundalini experience can help you learn constructive applications of working with the energy in ways that will allow you to go further and faster and deeper and with far more grace and joy than you can at this time imagine. Make these changes first, if possible, before you expose yourself to this field of potential. Look at the archetypes of Yung. And realize that they will express to you in real time during your day or night time experiences. Or religious icons, or the hero's and heroines of myth and legend, as well as the monsters and wraiths of negativity and fear. Are you prepared? Really? If you have said " yes " then go back to square one. You are not ready yet. If you said " no " then your honesty will help you prepare. If you have come into the experience on your own I still recommend these inner communication changes. The abyss is a vast place. It is inside and outside of our physical beings all at once. Once it is known that you can " see " and it will be known by your frequency then the phenomena of the archetypes and the inner and outer expressions of your own feelings will call specific experiences your way so once again make a conscious inner intentional change towards the aforementioned qualities of goodness. The darkness will still be experienced and received but your " Response " to that darkness is what will have been changed and this makes all the difference. –

Guest guest
Hi Tommy, The individuation process is a way we may perceive our selves and our developmental cycle. It was initially conceived of by Carl Gustav Jung. The archetypes explain aspects of our self that ultimately we integrate to become whole again. It can be an enlightening concept to consider for those on a journey of self discovery.
