Yes Mikael it can be difficult to embrace change. But once it is done and

practiced as a modality towards an evolution it can become as enjoyable as

riding in an open top car. The changes can come fast and furious from speed

changes to the scenery changes and yet all is taken in stride and enjoyed. -
