Guest guest
Hi everyone! I am new to the Kundalini experience. I am about 2 weeks in and I have a spiritual journal online that goes more in depth to my experience. http://mynewconsciousness.blogspot.com/ It is just such an amazing experience that I have to share it with the world. It all started with an out of body experience and from there I have been taken on a ride. I asked my higher self to guide me to whatever I was supposed to do, and ever so slowly, I am awakening. My higher self guided me to the Kundalini information and it felt like I finally found what I was looking for. It just felt so right. I am also glad I was led to this specific group by (Via the Kundalini gateway). I am happy that there is an active supportive group out there for people like us. I am looking forward to sharing and comparing experiences with others on this journey. I have been going through ups and downs... especially facing my fears and overcoming them one by one. I don't know any sacred texts either and only speak through personal experience. I tried not to subject myself by having a placebo effect and haven't researched Kundalini in depth until I was sure. Well last night I DEFINITELY became sure. Now that I have matched Typical Kundalini notes with my experience, it is verified. Thank you for letting me join the group! Guest guest
Hello Tiffany and welcome! Good to read of your progress and that you are listening to the High Self! Nice going! Your fears will be released sometimes through similar experience and sometimes merely by realization. Knowledge is powerful and Kundalini love even more so. Welcome and I look forward to your sharing. - blessings Tiffany! - chrism , " tiffany85741 " <angelikdementia wrote: > > Hi everyone! I am new to the Kundalini experience. Guest guest
Hi Tiffany, I read your blogspot. My awakening began similar to yours. After about three months of meditation, one night I woke up with the sound of crashing and glass breaking. I woke up, (but not physically) and went to see if it was real or I was just dreaming and I heard the sound of a large cat roaring. This false waking up and going back to sleep went on all night it seemed with the large cat getting closer each time until it pounced upon my bed, touched me on the tailbone and sent an electric sensation up my back. I was totally awake and aware, but could not move. I'll not go into all the details because it would be too long. I did not realize until the next morning when I finally did wake up for real in the physical, that it was all very weird dreams that seemed real as life. I did not know anything about out of body experiences at the time. Never even heard the term before nor false awakenings or kundalini. It was really scary because it had seemed so real and that night was just the beginning. I thought I was going crazy for real. BTW, that is how I came by my handle " Crazycat " . It was 3 or 4 months later that I finally found out about OBEs, false awakening, and kundalini and knew that was what I was experiencing. It was really great how you handled and overcame your fears. I wish I could say that about me, but my experiences took me into even more fear. I was pretty much a basket case when I arrived here. HERE is a great place to be. I am glad you have joined us. Guest guest
Well I am glad that other people have had a similar awakening. But I still cannot say that I have faced all fears. Just some of the most intense. HAH I still have a fear of anesthesia but I realized that it is namely a fear of losing control. Of trusting and surrendering. But I know where that stems from. My upbringing. I used to have a fear of surrendering to my husbands love. I have a fear of surrendering to this experience. I have a fear of losing my mind. I also have a fear of being open with people like this group here. I am proud that for the first time I put up something like a blog and didn't take it down for fear of judgement. But I understand that I just have to do it. I have to let my guard down; its a big, huge wall. I do know that by letting myself go into this experience will help me with that fear. I have to trust my higher self. I am really glad I was led to this group. , " Linda " <crazycats711 wrote: > > Hi Tiffany, I read your blogspot. My awakening began similar to yours. Guest guest
You are not alone, Tiffiny, I have had and have been struggling with most of those fears you have mentioned and still do. I still have my days. Opening up to the group here and all the forums I was in was a biggy for me. I use to write and then delete many post. At times, I deleted more than got posted. Sometimes I would write a post and then it would take me all day before I could get up enough courage to post it.
