I went to heaven the other night or should I say.... heaven came to me! I was

doing my regular meditation stuff, but a new twist random prayers from the heart

to shakti, the night before I was trying shiva and shakti, but this night just

to shakti. The kundalini flow was already going, but now went into full on

incredible bliss. I started thinking what said in reply to my last post

'just go with the flow' so I just let me self go, I felt like all that I am was

just dissolving into this overwhelming bliss. I felt like I was in heaven, it

felt so awsome. Then it started happening again like I noted in my last post,

my consciousness started expanding past my body going out into the bliss it felt

so good. It seems like I can only expand so far and its like a knee jerk

reaction I pull back, but hopefully in time I can expand out with no fear to the

infinite. Any comments or suggestions from the pros in this are

welcome. Also want to give a shout out 'hello' to all fellow seminar people

'Jack, Anna, Mika, Krish, Edgar, Craig, Hilda, Hiedi, Tony, Zoraima, Murali.....

etc.'

You are doing great Joshua! Now watch becoming so attached to these states as

they are very powerful and can become addictive to the point where one merely

strives to experience them over and over. Look into opportunities for service to

radiate your increased flow into.

This is very important my friend. Also put into a " realtime " practice the

safeties in your relations with others. I say this as a way of helping you

tounderstand how strong the Kundalini can be on all of the expressive human

bodies. This can be as a blessed platform for ascendancy or a cruel corrosive to

the structures that hold the body together.

The safeties prepare you for the ascension. By doing this you are conditoning
