Guest guest
Hi Guys, All this talk of Vegetarian, Vegan and Fruitarian diets reminded me of when I took up eating only fruits and some raw veg. The main Scottish newspaper interviewed me for a full page on Fruitarianism. I was doing okay on the diet but my Dr was concerned and sent me off to a dietitian. Of course she scared the pants off me and put images in my mind of my body falling apart, with bones crumbling to dust and vital organs shriveling away to nothing. So I went back on the normal western diet. Now things have started 'stirring up' Kundalini wise, my diet is changing for me. I've had phases of cheese only and then phases of beetroot and potatoes. Odd, I know. Now I cannot eat anything that is cooked and hot. J and I usually have a typically British Sunday dinner of roast meat, roast potatoes Yorkshire pudding and a few vegetables, topped of with lovely thick gravy. I cant eat that now. Its salads, a few new potatoes and an ounce or so of protein. So listen to your body, it wont fall apart and crumble away, it will glow!!!
