Guest guest
I have sat and pondered what you have said about letting Shakti ask of me instead of me of Her and about devotion and yesterday I came to the realization that this whole time whenever I'm spending time with Shakti, I'm usually asking something of Her. I then sat and focused my attention on my tailbone and gently listened with my heart. And for the first time in a while, I heard and felt the silence without trying. The gerbil wheel in my mind stopped (this also happened earlier when I sat and just felt every emotion that arised without judgment) and there was the expansive silence and peace. Through not wanting anything from Her, I can let Her ask of me rather than me of Her. This whole time I've been asking and demanding of Her thinking that I was letting Her in, without realizing that I've more than likely been pushing this connection taht I long for away... craig
