Hello Mika,

Yes this " other " force is the Kundalini as she is beginning to rock

you back and forth and this can often evolve into a spiral movement like coils

that are unwinding within you. The pulsing and the hyperdrive nervous system

even into the areas of awakening from sleep will the Kundalini phenomena begin

to express. Pay attention to your dreams and please begin to journal them. The

typical wake up time is three o clock a.m. This is considered the " golden hour "

by some belief systems.

 

The fire has been lit within you and you are nurturing it with the practice.

Nice going Mika! Furthering your development is your service towards your

friend. Your loving, helpful, sacrifice for their well being has been inculcated

into the platform of your awakening. Once again - Nice going Mika! You were

that which is awakening within you and now is the time for your wonderment and
