Guest guest Posted May 17, 2009 Report Share Posted May 17, 2009 Hello, i recently sent a post regarding my k awakening on LSD, and am still waiting on to reply.. i need functional, practical information on living with this phenomena in my body.. One of the things i have is severe digestive bloating, and would like some advice about diet and kundalini energy.. i am going to a gym three times a week, doing some chi kung, meditating about five days a week, and am going to incorporate yoga into my daily life soon.. i'm tired of going through hell and i just want a shot at life.. its still very hard with this nervous disorder, physical complication i am suffering from. One of the other things is a severe intense, unrelenting cranial pressure, and a constant spasm that focuses around my forehead.. I just want some advice to unblock this energy and get on with a somewhat normal life if that is possible. thanks and peace and blessings. You are correct in that these issues can be caused through dietary incoordinations within the resonance of the Kundalini.
