Dark Thoughts and Feelings

Hi, I'm normally up and very positive, but often, the day after I practice my

Kundalini Yoga ( I have cds and practice alone in my home by watching the cds

and doing the postures, breathing and mediations) I experience dark thoughts and

feelings. I begin to feel worried, fearful and sometimes even depressed. I have

had these feelings before when I would go on meditation retreats whenever I

would return, but now this stirring up of negativity happens when I do kundalini

yoga. Does anyone have any input for me. Oh, walking helps immensely.

I will suggest that you replace these CD's with a daily practice of the safeties

in all of its forms. From the " IJ " to the forgiveness and gratitudes to the

Tibetans, the foods, the release of fears and the meditations. If you awaken the

Kundalini outside of the conditionings given from the safeties you can be in for

some challenges. - my humble opinion. - chrism
