Guest guest Posted May 19, 2009 Report Share Posted May 19, 2009 Hi, I'm normally up and very positive, but often, the day after I practice my Kundalini Yoga ( I have cds and practice alone in my home by watching the cds and doing the postures, breathing and mediations) I experience dark thoughts and feelings. I begin to feel worried, fearful and sometimes even depressed. I have had these feelings before when I would go on meditation retreats whenever I would return, but now this stirring up of negativity happens when I do kundalini yoga. From the " IJ " to the forgiveness and gratitudes to the Tibetans, the foods, the release of fears and the meditations.
