Guest guest
Hey everyone, How do you people deal with laziness? I think laziness is one of the biggest things you have to fight with. Last couple of days laziness has gotten over me and I didnt do my yoga/tibetan routines even though I had time and space and energy. This really upset me.ThanksMike
Guest guest
When I think of my work as something more than for myself, then I am not as lazy. , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hey everyone, > How do you people deal with laziness? Guest guest
hey.. first, have you tried double espresso? ..gets me spinning fast in the morning.. lol.. just kidding about the coffe... but back to the point...i would either remember my highest motivation and hold myself to it, or I would try self-inquiry.. become very curious about the feeling of resistance often associated with laziness, and talk to it.. feel it to its root.. ask it what it wants for me.. where it comes from.. love Bruce , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hey everyone, > How do you people deal with laziness? Guest guest
I too suffer from this sometimes, if I get bored from the same routine I feel a bit lazy to do my tibetans and breathing, it gets so mundane at times and I just want to break the routine up.Mind over matter is how I combat laziness and prayer, I pray the angels help me to stay dedicated and motivated, that seems to work for me.Its so personal I'm sureeach has their own unique carrot to dangle in front of the donkeys nose as it were.Good lucklove and joyelektra x x x

Guest guest
When you are doing work for yourself you can also consider that as work for the whole. Who knows what the little work now will become in the years to come. , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Yeah but what about work that is only for yourself, such as spiritual > practices like yoga? > > On Wed, May 20, 2009 at 10:27 AM, eepsd2059 <eepsd2059 wrote: > > > > > > > When I think of my work as something more than for myself, then I am not as > > lazy. > > > > > > --- In <%40ya\ hoogroups.com>, > > JiNN <jinnproduction@> wrote: > > > > > > Hey everyone, > > > How do you people deal with laziness?
