Things Happening During Meditation

I was doing the safties and meditating this morning and working on my chakra

breathing. I felt my root chakra really spinning and pulsating. Moving up to my

second, I felt a small ache, but on my spine. Moving up to the third, things

started getting hot and it felt like an elastic band across my ab's. At the 4th

and 5th, I felt the heat rising...I continued to my 6th and 7th (only for a

little to experiment) and i felt the swirl of my third eye and it extended up to

my crown. I can easily activate the pulsating and swirl of my third eye just by

looking up between my brows.

 

During meditation, I pray my usual 30min pray. When I prayed to Jesus, I felt

the sweep from top to bottom and extended out to my arms only. I visualized it

and to me looked like the cross...wow. This wasn't the first time I felt the

current on my back, however, I was more attentive to the direction..top to

bottom. My K has been really active this past week and I'm sure it has

something to do with the new members receiving Shakipat and starting their K

journey.

 

Any comments on what is occuring would be great.
