Guest guest
Hello Everyone; I have noticed some changes since I began the 5 Tibetan rites, the safeties, and meditation. I had a vivid dream last night, and I think it was significant. Usually I dont remember my dreams and they aren't that vivid. Also, I have had a slight headache for the last few days. I rarely get headaches. I also looked at a clock this morning and for a moment, it seemed like I had stepped out of time. It only lasted for a couple seconds, then things returned to normal. I am thankful for this site, and the knowledge that it bestows, because I am able to just accept these things and surrender. Otherwise I would be worried that something was wrong, and start panicking.
Guest guest
I forgot to add, that another thing that happened to me, is that I woke up an hour and a half early this morning, and I realized as I awoke that I was trying to do some of the Tibetan rite exercises in my bed. I also have had sleep paralysis in the past, and I did not realize until I read some of the posts here, that it could be a sign of an OBE. I tried to suppress this from happening a couple years ago, because I didn't know what it was. I would wake up in the middle of the night, and I would hear water running, like a waterfall. It felt like I was not breathing, but after experimenting, I found I was really breathing, it just felt like I wasn't. Hard to explain. I used to have these episodes alot, but since I wanted to suppress them, they haven't happened for a couple years. Thank you all: Kevin , " Kevin " <buffalo-kevin wrote: > > Hello Everyone; > > I have noticed some changes since I began the 5 Tibetan rites, >

Guest guest
One Kundalini symptom is the sound of a waterfall heard only in the head of the awakening person. - blessings Kevin - chrism , " Kevin " I would wake up in the middle of the night, and I would hear water running, like a waterfall. Guest guest
Thank You Chrism; I am glad to hear this, because I thought something was wrong. I thought I was dying in my sleep, when it would happen. Medicine such as pain killers (that I took for a surgery one time last year), and cold medicines, will interfere with it, and I do not ever experience it if I take medicine. I am seeing that it is best to let your body heal itself, if you can, and use medicine as a last resort. I think people in general, are way over-medicated these days. I think, there are times when medication is needed though. Guest guest
Let the waterfall come Kevin. I agree with your philosophy about medicines they do have their uses but not for every little symptom. - lol! - You have many more experiences to come into my friend. Keep up the safeties and especially look at your surrender to the Shakti. Be prepared for a huge tiger, or serpent, or spider, or a small blue dancing girl or a great spiritual personage to come to you, or another kind of appearance to come your way. This is natural and it will take you by surprise! Also look at the possibility of a dismemberment as has been discussed here recently. - blessings to you Kevin! - chrism , " Kevin " <buffalo-kevin wrote: > > Thank You Chrism; > > I am glad to hear this, because I thought something was wrong. Guest guest
Thanks again Chrism! That sounds cool about the tiger, or serpent, etc. I will let you all know when it happens. Also, thanks for reminding me to surrender. I sometimes forget that, and I feel so much relief when I follow the advice to surrender!!
