Guest guest
If you can maintain a caloric intake that keeps you consistently in the area of a slight hunger edge (whatever that is for you) your sensitivity and activity will increase. -

Guest guest
hello chris Your information about increasing k activity in some of your advice, is this aimed at your shaktipat community or at the normal kundalini people (a difference ?) from some of the posts ive read it seems that some shaktipat people have to encourage the k or try hard to keep it where as other people have it no matter what and sometimes have a hard time with the flow of energy. i wondered about this and the prayer nostril breathing techniques of the safties. are there two sides to this some who want to keep and encourage and those that want to stablise ? many thanks mark in london , " chrism " <> wrote: > > If you can maintain a caloric intake that keeps you consistently in the area of a slight hunger edge (whatever that is for you) your sensitivity and activity will increase. - >
Guest guest
Its the same as doing a faste for the purpose of a cleansing but in the long term it is beneficial for the Kundalini involved individual as it combines and amplifies with the bodies abilities to alter metabolic function for the purpose of genetic expression geared towards health and longevity. This would be as a way of coming into balance with the Kundalini expression. A physical intake measured balance. Not too much and not too little. In the west it is common to have far too much food intake for the amount of physical work that is done. Sitting at a desk all day working on a computer or driving a vehicle isnt the same as plowing the field or waiting tables or hammering nails on a construction site. Not minimizing or making any kind of a value judgment as mental processes also burn calories. Merely stating that over the centuries a minimal food intake had the effect of maintaining the physical balance for the Kundalini active that wasnt there for those who had an over active or consistently " sated " diet. Kundalini exalts the endocrine system. A little goes a long way after this has occurred. This is a choice and is no way to be understood as a must or an advice that is given for those striving towards phenomena. It is as a knowledge that will feel right for the person or not and from there the individual makes their own determination. - blessings Mike. - chrism
Guest guest
I can honestly say, YOU'RE NOT WRONG.These last couple weeks, I have reduced my food to mainly raw and my k is wriggling all over the place, I feel hungry yet full.I eat a little more when I work or do social things but at home not much.Today I began the day with a mango , coconut milk and banana smoothy, then had salad with tuna (small amount of fish) then ate a mini melon, an apple then a small salad with boiled egg.Feel hungry but good.Have to get used to that slightly empty feeling but its good once you get used to it anything else feels positively sleep inducing and lethargic. Not that I dont miss a good burger and fries from the bbq ! :-))Blessings dear teacherelektra x x x drowning herself in water right now!
