The ability to express or hold an activation and awakening will vary between

individuals. The safeties as an " activation format " are disposed towards the

balanced activation state. Phenomena that isnt painful or emotions that are not

transformed into hurtful depressions etc.

 

The safeties as a " balancing format " are disposed towards the balance within the

Kundalini awakening state. A flow that is not converging upon one area of the

body or another and is instead being given in a way for balance within and upon

the human being.

 

This doesnt abrogate the Kundalini Consciousness which can easily side step

whatever the person puts in front of it due to the over arching Karmic

instructions for an individual.

 

So there are different gifts for different populations.

 

The caloric restriction is aimed at both areas of the Kundalini receptive and

accomplished populations. Both require balance merely in some different

approaches. The breathing techniques involved in the safeties will also produce

balance and yet for those having extreme response to the Kundalini they may and

often do ask for an attentuation of the safeties for their personal custom

designed practice that is as a comfort to the often overwhelming phenomena being

given by the awakening process.

 

This is good. Small bites of phenomena are often easier to metabolize.

 

As far as a " broad based " difference in approach of the safeties for either

population the safeties as a balancing format are best as even within the highly

expressive activities of the actively awakening individual the energetic

response will gravitate towards the balanced format. More balance often

translates into a much more pleasant and healthy process. The same will occur
