Guest guest
I have never been a big eater...but stress and poor thyroid level contributed greatly to my weight gain-along with a painful back condition which severely restricted my mobility. I have been exercising my back muscles and changing what I eat to include more salads and so far, I have lost 33 lbs. For the first time in 13 years I walked around without back pain. That's not my question though, this is a little background. I do feel I NEED to eat because I feel faint sometimes from lack of eating. I do not have any diabetic problems, they already tested for that. Lately, I have been wanting to eat even less than what I was eating. I have to remind myself to eat...weird. I have been trying to change my psycho-cybernetic mechanism to 160 lb set point, so that the rest of the weight I need to lose will come off. My question is, could this be the reason why I am forcing myself to eat now whereas before it was no problem. I feel I need to force myself, like I'm really not hungry, but then I get faint and force food in. I'm currently over 250 lbs...so you don't have to worry about me wasting away to nothing in one day here. But it's weird for me. Could that be a kundalini sign as well, because I saw you guys talking about food here and eating less. Hmm? I wonder?
