Hello jayndee13,

From a Kundalini perspective I would suggest that the body knows

best in regards to whether or not it is hungry. Forcing food down can be seen as

a way of resisting the body consciousness. Yes the faint feelings can be a sign

of low blood sugars and I wonder if you are under an MDs orders for the thyroid

and taking meds for this? You may wish to find out if any med you are taking has

a side effect of faintness or dizziness.

I feel your food choices are good but are they also balanced in the types and

varieties of sugars that one needs to stay balanced? This can be individual for

everyone though there are some standard procedures for a balanced intake.

Do you have other Kundalini phenomena?

If so then yes I would suggest that you pay attention to these inner

communications especially when they give indication through being compelled

about food type and intake amounts. Many times Kundalini is not subtle with

communicating its desire for a type and intake amount of food. It will give you

direct and often a gastric response when you resist its instructions. But for

you there are other questions already asked that can help to determine that

which may be of help for you

If you feel faint from lack of food and then having food eliminates that feeling

perhaps other foods that are not as dense or of composition that supply the

types and combination of nutrients are what you can explore outside of the

Kundalini context. Different foods that do not contribute to the overall body

weight as much as other foods do.

As you know continued movement and a lowered stress response can also greatly

aid one in finding nutritional balance. - blessings Jayndee13 - chrism
